The inside of the restaurant was a cacophony of sound, with conflicting noises coming from: the sports on the televisions, the music from the overhead p.a. system, and loud ringing from the restaurant's mobile order alert system. Combine that with a cash register clerk who spoke too softly to hear, and things got unnecessarily confusing. I'm calling noise pollution on their atmosphere, with lots of sensory overload.Their redesigned electronic menu board was cryptic, and at first glance it looked like they no longer sold their "monster" 15 inch sub. They did, but it's listed at the bottom, with no price. Seems like they would rather sell you two 7.5 inch subs at a higher price.The food that I brought home was deliciously satisfying, and prepared exactly as I'd ordered. Lenny's still offers a very good version of a Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich. This location appeared to be clean and well-kept. I plan on returning to this particular location.Three and a half stars, rounded down to three because of the chaotic sound environment.

Sandwich was fresh. Not enough dressings on it for my liking, but overall a good sandwich & very nice employees. The space is small on the inside, so kind of awkward to know where to wait for your food. I'd go back.

My dad and I walked in and placed our order and everything was fine until I wanted chicken and my dad wanted steak! Well when they came out with our order I could already tell that the chicken was slack as hell! The Lenny's in Collierville gave us big chicken and steak orders! I don't know what's wrong with them but I will stick with the Collierville location instead of going to the Germantown one!

I have probably eaten at every Lenny's in Shelby County over the past 15 years. I go because the service is always reliable, the turnaround is quick, and, most importantly, the sandwiches are consistently STACKED with delicious deli meats. I always enjoy gazing upon a thickly layered American Club before taking the first bite.The service and turnaround at this Germantown location are solid, no complaints. The problem is this: they consistently skimp on the amount of meat that goes in to each sandwich. The layering is always disappointingly thin. You aren't getting the same sandwich as you would get at any other location I have been to in Memphis. I've given this location several chances, but after yet another disappointingly light sammy last week, I'm out. I'll drive down the road to another location for a proper Lenny's feast.
