LandShark Seafood & Catfish

Loooook, hands down best place ever! Also, on a different note... just got a text from them on my phone (3/1/25), it stated that they weren't serving crawfish today...molting season, they didn't like the way the crawfish looked, so they aren't serving crawfish until they look good! Soooo, if Landshark isn't serving for that reason...you shouldn't try anyone else's crawfish!!! Stay safe with your seafood choices out there people and THANK YOU Landshark for the heads up!!!

Lots of outdoor seating with covered indoor seating. Full bar. Great atmosphere to hang out, drink, eat great food, and watch tv. Food is 10 out of 10. Blew me away at how good it was. VERY reasonably priced. Surprised honestly, that it wasn't double this price. (Please don't tell them I said that!! )

Came here on graduation night. I was expecting the place to be be very busy. They were moderately busy but the staff was great! They were very attentive and patient even As the restaurant filled up. My food came fairly quickly and it was delicious. They are not kidding when they say it's spicy though so be mindful. It is a seat yourself situation if you come with a large group be prepared to sit outside or break up your party to accommodate a large group. I would definitely go back.

Service was wonderful. Food was fresh and ready fast. I had the fried shrimp and they were really good. The French fries were also delicious. I would definitely eat there again.

Went here for the first time and it was ok. I had the snow crab legs. Liked it except for the sauce ( or whatever it is all over the outside). It was very messy. I did talk to the waiter and he said just to tell them next time and they would leave it off. I will try them again but no coating for me.

The food is amazing and a great value! I love that it's counter service but the attendants checked on us often after we were seated. Very cool vibe and relaxed atmosphere! We will be back soon!

Have been eating with the owners for many years since their early crawfish trailer days. Have always enjoyed their seafood (especially crawfish but was an early adopter of crab claws as well). Have always had one of the best boils in the Oxford area where there is plenty of good competition. This latest venture has them in a storefront across from Toyo's and behind Chick-Fil-A on West Jackson Avenue. With a nice seating area outside, an inside bar (with as good a frozen margarita and daiquiri as any in town), and seating for about 40 or so FCFS inside.All the food is delicious. A variety of entrees include red shrimp, boiled, fried and grilled shrimp; 3 types of char-grilled oysters; crab; po-boys; mac-and-cheese; and fried catfish. Sided include fries, boiled potatoes, boiled corn, boiled eggs, sausage and more. Voted best in Oxford 9 years straight. And they frequently offer specials to boot!Service at the bar is very quick and professional and, while there are only 4 beers on tap currently, more are planned and the array of cocktails is great. Service for food is via one line up to a counter where payment is made, an automatic alert disk is provided for pickup of your order which will also be at the front counter, and a drink cup is picked up to serve yourself and then seat yourself. The lines can be long but they tend to move pretty quickly. Paper towel, picnic table, beach party, laid-back chic. Very comfortable, easy-going, friendly vibe.

I came in and was astounded by the service. Terrible attitude from the employees, you could get better customer service from the McDonald's down the street. I used to love the food but it's not the same anymore. Every aspect of Landshark has gone down hill.

Everything was amazing! Servers were top notch and the food was amazing! The owners are great also!

Food, service, atmosphere. All the above. 5 star for me. This place is so family oriented and my food has been top tier. I would recommend a certain food item, but alllll are great! Yummmm
