Choosing a dealership for your needs can be complicated, but Landers Ford North made my decision a good choice. I worked with a variety of staff members to meet my needs and all of my questions had prompt answers. Even if a question could not be answered at that particular time, there was always someone willing to assist me. I want to thank Stephanie Caviness and Ryan Winters for helping me during a complicated time. They both allowed me to have an enjoyable experience at Landers Ford. I will definitely come back and purchase a new vehicle at this location just because of the amazing customer service both of them provided.

My 2002 Ford Crown Victoria had a computer module issue. The part was obsolete due to the age of the car so ! Went on line,found someone to rebild it and went back to Landers. Allen told me after they put this part back in that it wasn't workiing right so I sent it back to the rebuilders for repair! Back to Allen they installed it checked and verified that everything worked as it was suppossed to! Couldn't ask for better service or a better service manager to work with great mechanic as well. If I need repairs you KNOW I'm going to Landers Ford!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Bringing in my F-450 king ranch dually for service was a breeze. It's the communication afterwards that totally sucks! It's been 3 weeks since drop off and still no calls or updates! I have left numerous messages to a live person yet with no success of a return call. Voicemails is a joke! Gabe made my experience easy and enjoyable. Being a first time buyer can be stressful but I wasn't really stressed! I will say everything with the car I bought was great but after I got home I did notice the coolant was low, I called up to see if they could top it off they told me yes and I drove all the way out there for the service guy to tell me "they didn't carry my type of coolant" no big deal but just a waste of my time and gas. Other than that I would say everything was fine and a breeze. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything well.

I took my 2014 Ford F-150 in for a gas leak near the gas tank area, and a safety recall from Ford Motor Company at no cost to me. I received a call the next dayfrom the service advisor stating I needed a fuel line. He also stated I needed spark plugs, fuel filter, coil packs,and air filter at a cost of $3000 plus tax. Keepin mind my truck was runing flawless. He never mention the repair about the Ford recall that was FREE. After I refused the $3000.00 estimate, He told me I had to pay a $244.94 diagnostic fee. I payed the fee and took my vehicle to Auto Nation Ford where the truck was repaired for $1800.00. My suggestion isthat you stay away from Landers Ford Collierville especially if you have older parents, for they will smile in your face and surely take advantage you.

Worst ford dealership around. Won't answer phone, arrogant service center, damaged truck then haggled about repair. Quick lane also doesn't answer phone or respond to voicemail. Won't install new tires if they weren't bought at Landers due to "legality and safety reasons". It's only "safe" if you spend twice the price for their tires

We would give -10 stars if possible. This place has the absolute WORST customer service and service department I have ever had to deal with. My husband is working out of town in TN and had to have his F-150 diesel serviced for "codes" that were appearing. He wanted it serviced by a Ford dealership to ensure it stays in top condition so back on December 17th he called and made a service appointment to have his truck fixed. They scheduled him for December 19th - he told them he would be going back home for the holidays so they had until January 6th to fix his truck. While he was home he kept calling them to try to get updates (as they never once called him). After a while they said stuff like, "they're test driving it now and will get back to you" "they have it in there working on it" and when he would ask to speak to the tech or the service manager they were always in a meeting and you can't leave a voicemail as it disconnects you. He arrived back to town 1/6 and had to rent a car since we still couldn't find anything out. He called every day since and was given a different story. Yesterday he took time off work to drive over there and speak to someone. THEY HADN'T EVEN LOOKED INTO THE CODES AND SAID THEY WOULDN'T GET TO IT TILL NEXT WEEK. ONE MONTH - they had this vehicle ONE MONTH after the appointment time and date THEY GAVE HIM, they lied several times, never communicated with us at all and didn't even have a reason or an apology for any of this. We have lodged a complaint with Ford corporate and taken the truck to a new dealership. Not only did they not look at it but we had to have someone come and help jump the truck - no they did not offer nor did they do anything - as the battery was dead!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP if you want anything done.

I just spent the last week hammering out a deal on a used car with this dealer. After some back and forth, I put down a deposit and was going to come out and purchase the vehicle. After I placed my deposit, Landers must have decided that they didn't like the deal we came to and sent the car to auction instead. I work nights and sacrificed sleep on days I worked to be more convenient for them, and their response was to just sell a car out from under someone coming in from across the state, rather than honor the deal they agreed to. I will never shop at a Landers location ever. And I encourage anyone else considering it to rethink it, as they are not a business that honors their word.And when I called the dealer to see if anything could be arranged to let me still come pick up the car, I was told "nope, the car is sold," and then hung up on by sales manager Tim. Not a phenomenal way to do business.
