Landau Uniforms

Literally go anywhere else. We had an awful experience, as our group was price gouged (charged MORE for specific scrubs than what you could go in to their store and buy them for by yourself) b/c they knew we were a large order and wouldn't notice.On top of that, they flat out lied when confronted and were incredibly rude and unprofessional in doing so. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen firsthand

I visited the store downtown off of Madison and the store in Cordova! Both stores were awesome. The Madison location has a larger variety of scrubs. I was nervous about coming here because of some of the bad reviews. But I had an amazing time. Everyone was so sweet. Sarah helped me order scrubs at the Madison location, because unfortunately most of their brands they don't carry above a 2X in store (plus ladies beware) and I needed larger! Sarah was so patient with me and so helpful in making sure I got what I wanted. And the even after I placed my order, I decided I wanted a different style scrub pant (because I'm so indecisive and complicated) and called to see if I could change it, and the amazing woman on the phone fixed everything up for me! NOT TO MENTION, I'm from Arkansas and the scrubs shops close to me are so much more expensive than this place! They truly have awesome prices here! I can't wait to go back!

I am a medical professional and occasionally shop at Landau. I went into the store yesterday to check out the spring sale. The customer service is sorely lacking. I asked for the price on a pair of shoes without a price and I was told that she would have to go check in the back for the price. I waited for a bit as I browsed but she never attempted to go check the price. So I thought why purchase anything here where the customer service is so poor. I went to another uniform shop and was greeted warmly and helped with my purchases. Landau needs to do better as they are not the only scrub store in Memphis.

I normally buy all my scrubs and lab jackets from Landau. I bought a white lab coat that I had trouble returning. I was not happy at that point and decided I would not return to the store. After writing a review on Yelp the Director of Retail Operations, Gene reached out to me and rectified the problem. I was able to exchange the original lab jacket for one with much better material. I appreciate the effort and will be buying my scrubs once again from Landau. The Madison location has a great selection! Thanks Gene!!

I am in the medical field, and this store and its other store in Cordova have the best selection of scrubs in the city. There is a wide variety of designs and colors, and lots of medical professionals shop here. You can find cheaper scrubs at Walmart and online, but you can't beat this place for variety and selections.

Too bad I can't give this place zero stars. I've been coming here for 17 years and the last 4 or 5 times that I've come in for 'basic scrubs' (you know, the landau brand 7502/7602) they don't have some basic sizes in stock. I'm a medium top and small bottom (nothing fancy-just regular). I went yesterday on my day off from work, traveled 40+ miles to get there, only to find out that the scrub bottoms in my size were out of stock. Of course they can 'order them', but you have to take off early from work to go get them because they close at 5pm or you have to go pick them up on your day off. Two, not so good, options (at least for me).

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I would not recommend this store at all. There is an older lady that works there by the name Helen and she is just awful. She wasn't giving good positive attitude and she was a little rude. The scrub selection is awful and so is the service at this location. If I could I would give this store -5 stars thats so awful she was. Somebody should really fire her because she is just awful.

I went to this store today and this is a horrible place to buy uniforms, specially for men. It's mostly female scrubs and 99 percent Landau brand only. Don't waste your time and money here, instead take a drive to Scrubtastic cuz they have more options.

Spent $400 on scrubs, they wouldn't even let me try a set on when I went to pick them up to make sure they fit appropriately. Low quality over priced clothing with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time here. Shop online or go somewhere else, you will waste your time and money here.

Literally the most incompetent people. DO NOT GO HERE! They will take WEEKS and they're rude when you call or show up to check. Just avoid this place at all costs
