Terrible customer service. I ordered scrubs in August and it is now November and I still don't have the scrubs. I was told to wait 30 days before reaching out due to the ordering process. Each time I called I spoke to someone different and all of which tell me that they changed suppliers and my scrubs will be shipping soon. I called 21 days ago to the day and they stated that my scrubs would be shipped out in 21 days. I called today because it marked day 21 to obtain my tracking number and I was told that they scrubs in ordered are on back order and cannot be placed. I asked the receptionist when they discovered they were on back order and she stated the week after I placed my order back in August. She states that 3 people have been fired from this store since my order was placed and it is not her fault. She instructed my to come into the store and pick out another design/brand and place my order. When I got to the store 5:50pm due to my busy work schedule I was greeted by a rude look and a locked door. When the receptionist came to the door she asked me what I needed and I told her my name and that I was instructed to come to pick out another brand.She showed me only a few sets of scrubs and told me that it would take another 30 days from order date to receive my order. I asked if they could expedite the order due to the delay in my order previously and she told me that I would have to pay that fee if I wanted them and that it wasn't her fault. I told her that I understand she may not have been at fault but Landau is at fault because I have called multiple times checking on my order and not one person told me the truth about what was going on. She continued to be confrontational with me and refused to accommodate me on needing my order expedited. She told me to tell my company that the order didn't come in yet and you should be okay. As if it wasn't that big of a deal. I canceled all order in that moment and left the store.If you or your company is looking to order with Landau for your uniforms I urge you to reconsider. The staff I have encountered are very unprofessional, no one wants to accepts responsibility and accommodate the customers needs.

Terrible service. Have waited for an order that is over a month behind. I show up at 5:23PM to pick up the order when they finally decided to let me know it came in. Turns out they are closed 37minutes early. Time stamped photo as proof. Not worth the hassle.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They have a lot from which to choose and they're cheaper than buying scrubs online. The customer service was great and fitting rooms are currently open!

If the Men's selection has improved from the past (like Gene claims in previous comments responses) then i would hate to see what it was before. I also stated that this was my first time purchasing scrubs and both ladies at the front just pointed me to the corner while sitting at the desk (no one else was in the store), no assistance whatsoever. Would not recommend going here unless you know the workers by name--they were more than happy to help their friends when they came in later

Here we are again... almost 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my monogrammed scrub top. At this point I've gotten another one. I was hopeful last week when I called and they knew my name but still nothing. I'll be directing all my nursing school friends to Identity Factor.

Useless if you need men's scrubs. They have a back corner with maybe 3 styles of "unisex" scrubs which fits no one. Back to online shopping I guess, wonder if they realize there are men in healthcare???

terrible experience. ordered a set of scrubs (no monogram, just ordered a size not available in store. just a top and a pair of pants) and it took over 2 weeks to come in. When they did come in, they handed me 2 pairs of pants and no top and said they guess they ordered the wrong thing and tried to sell me a shirt that was far too big. ended up returning both pairs of pants. my boyfriend ordered several sets of scrubs at the same time which took 4 weeks to come in. the wrong shirts were ordered and were not what he had picked out in store. very disappointed with the time and the effort that we spent trying to purchase the needed uniforms for work and in the end, did not even end up with what we needed or ordered.

Customer service sucks...the manager Chelsea is very rude and have a very nasty attitude. She finished my sentence before I could finish asking her the question....and finished it wrong!! Then she did not want to call the other store to see if they had another pair of pants that I wanted. They was selling some pants with a yellow stain in the middle of them and the pants was white!!! I will never ever go back to that store again and spend my money. If I could help it none of my folks will be going there either.
