La Pina Mexican Restaurant

Ordered some food from La Pina Mexican Restaurant for a lunch training I did for one of my Doctors today. I'd never eaten here before, but had heard some good things from others about this place.The lunch went over very well and everyone seemed to really enjoy the food. I appreciated that they had everything ready right on time!I ordered the Carnitas for myself and they were very good. They also have a nice little bar if you're in the mood for a margarita or something else. I'm glad I tried this place today. I also saw that they are building a new location down where the. Old Panda restaurant used to be. That place will give them at least Doyle the space

Food was bland and chewy. Ordered a steak quesadilla and the cheese was tacky feeling. The cheese dip was water and had no flavor. Food was also over salted.

Worst ever. We have been here FOUR TIMES and it just gets worse. We tried today and sat at a table that said "closed" because it was near a front window and we wanted to watch a funeral procession that was about to start for Deputy Matthew Locke who was killed in Savannah, Tennessee last week. We sat in an empty restaurant with only one other table of two. The server told us, well, you can sit here this time but normally you can't. It was literally one table over from where he tried to seat us at a booth ‍. Then I tried to order a skinny Margarita and he said no, I'm the only one here, I don't have time to make that! I said, uhm, there's only two other customers in here? And he shrugged. And we left. Never again. What a**holes.

Took forever getting our food. Chips were cold and stale. They only have canned drinks. I watched a waitress spill tea on floor and leave it as well as drop a whole taco salad down a lady's back. The guac was too lemony. Cheese dip is more like cheese water.

Good Mexican restaurant. They currently run a Taco Tuesday where all tacos are a dollar. Just received their liquor license so you can add a margaretta to your meal. Portion size is adequate. Food is good.

Best homemade Mexican Chicken Soup I've ever had. Better than mine. Great service. Friendly. Served expediently. Can't wait to return for more!

Food and service is great! Always hot and fresh. Way better than the popular Mexican restaurant by the skating rink!

Great food and service and the owners and staff are the friendliest of people. Prices are incredibly lower than competitors and portions of food is just right.

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I've been there 2 times already and both times everything was good. The Sunday buffet is great and a great price! Sometimes they also have live entertainment.
