La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

I eat there all the time because it's close to my home. The food is excellent but the top shelf margaritas are insanely good. One is definitely all you need but I highly recommend them!

Had a great dinner today, clean place, fast and tasty.I had 3 street tacos and one taco de lengua it was delicious. I haven't had tacos de lengua in 2 years and I absolutely love this one. The staff are friendly. Be back soon!!.

Their service is fast, and their food is always hot (as in fresh) and tasty. The only issue I've had was when they were training a new employee who had trouble understanding English. Other than that, I've always been pleased with my food and my service. Definitely a hidden gem in Humboldt!

We used to eat here all of the time. After an incident last night we will not be back. My nephew ordered a chimichanga and while he was eating it hen found a cockroach in his food. My brother called up there about it. After a discussion it was decided that a Facebook post would be made, not to slam the restaurant but to make sure that people were being aware. La Fiesta never called my brother but decided to issue a statement on their Facebook page about it. There they admitted that they had suspicions about the extermination company that they were using and that they were closing down on that day to clean. If they had suspicions about it then why hadn't they already closed to address the issue? When asked that on the Facebook post, my friend was blocked from the page. That's not a good business practice at all.

They are rude and I got food poisoning from this place. They have canned food and wasn't cooked fully. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE‼

We had takeout and it was wonderful! It was ready on time and all three of our entrees were excellent.

if you expected to be rushed and disrespected...come here. We've been ignored plenty of times. Customer and Waiter Service is honestly saddening. You make a single complaint on a mistake they made they will hold it against you and the service will not be the same there forth. We've requested another waitress/waiter and they decided not to change him out because he was "taking care of us". The man himself was in his late 30s or mid 40s. He walked passed out table multiple times as he greeted and assisted others around us. i would t recommend coming here honestly. very disappointing.

I've driven past this place a few times and noticed it's always got a pretty good crowd so I decided to give it a try-- soooo glad I did! It's delicious and very affordable. I think it's my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Madison County area.

Great customer service and amazing food . Haven't had a bad meal yet and if you stop by make sure you order my favorite "Birria" which is about 3 shedded meat tacos with dipping sauces!

i am very satisfied with the service, food "and" prices here. we have eaten inside 3 or 4 times and always had great service, the food and calm atmosphere... my, it is worth your time and money at la fiesta mexican restaurant !
