Mmmm! When I am in Memphis, I float over here with my boyfriend. We love getting a breakfast croissant (bacon, egg and cheese). It just hits the spot. I love their London fog and the boyfriend gets a drip coffee. Everyone is always so friendly and they greet us when we enter. I love that there is the bakery and ordering area then another side to sit, relax and eat. There is even a great view of the Eiffel Tower (see pictures *wink*). We also purchased some take away flavored breads that did not last long among friends and family!

This is always a good choice, although this time I decided to eat inside and I ordered the La Baguette Latte and a mini Quiche Lorraine. The latte was delicious but I kept waiting and waiting on the quiche, finally I got up and went back to the counter to inquire and was told she forgot to give it to me. She gave me another one that was hot (or reheated it) and all was right with the world! The quiche was also delicious, mistakes happen all of the time it's not about that, it's about how you handle the mistake. Well done! The bakery is a lovely place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch.

This is a weekly tradition for my partner and I, the coffee is always good, the pastries are to die for, and the food is fresh and clean. This restaurant has two parts, the cafe and the restaurant. The inside is adorable and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming, even remembering my order when I walk in, would recommend

We haven't been in years and it has changed a little bit. Pasties were amazing just like I remembered. Loved the Halloween themed cakes!

My neighbor told me this was the place to get the best croissants, and she was right! As you can tell from the name, this is a café serving classic French pastries. Their display case is full of gorgeous delicacies. I have seen people sit down and eat lunch here as well, since they have a café menu with sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. I will definitely be back for another little treat!

Pimento Cheese and Parenting TaxPimento cheese: best I've had in years, with delicate, separatable cheese strands and the occasional poppyseed (I think?!?). It's the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy savory heaven. My recommendation: Buy a container of it and eat it all in one sitting at home. This is five star pimento cheese and the only reason I am writing this review. Off-menu kids' option of chicken tenders and fries: costs $15 for like 4-5 smallish fried chicken bites (like the ones they put on salads) and a decent amount of fries, which is insane if you compare this price to the cost of the rest of the items on the menu and you are a parent. This seems to be a parent tax, like they will do it, but you should know better. Additionally, if you don't tell them not to, they will dust these fries with the fancy cheese blend, which may or may not be acceptable to your progeny. Some other musings: I witnessed one high chair in the corner, also a salute to kid-friendliness, but possibly only if you bring but one wee one/toddler and do not invite any other parents to the outing. There may be more in the back. I asked people at the register (it's 100% seat yourself-take-a-number-to-the-table-style) which hot herbal teas they have, and they had no idea and did not actually explain the process for getting the hot tea, so I realized when leaving I had never received my hot tea at my table. The macarons are delectable and rated highly by my almost-3 and 5 year old. This was my first time at La Baguette in like 18 years. Not sure if I will be back to dine in anytime soon-might give it a second chance, especially since it's a favorite of my loyal friends. But even in the absence of dining in I will definitely be getting that pimento cheese to go.

French dip is really good. House made chips lacked flavor. Service at the counter, and while it was busy, food came out pretty quickly.

I dropped in here about an hour before closing, and managed to find some croissants. But at a price of $3.75 each, I didn't buy many. The fruit tart that I had was okay. The service here was subpar, as the cashier failed to give me everything that I had ordered. It's unlikely that I'll return, which is sort of sad. There was a time in the distant past that I would drive several miles out of my way to purchase much of my baked goods from here.
