Switching pharmacies, they are awful, every single time my doctor calls in my prescription a week in advance and my prescription is never ready when I go to pick it up.

Normally I don't review grocery stores. There's just hundreds of aspects to consider and it's impossible to write a review of one thing without considering the others. Besides, I normally leave the grocery shopping to my wife. I may just grab a jug of milk on my way home type of thing. Plus nobody wants to read a review of the stale bread you bought 3 years ago. And then there's the fact that most people don't go on Yelp to decide which store to go to; they go to the closest one to avoid their ice cream from melting on the way home. My wife and I encountered a problem and decided to make a complaint. I won't describe the complaint here, but while we were waiting for a manager, Tena happened to walk by and acknowledge us and I mistook her for the manager. She was very understanding and offered to go out of her way to help. She showed compassion and genuinely understood why we were upset. She even hugged my wife over it! It's that kind of service that's so rare these days. It more than made up for the problem. My wife later talked to Mr. Williams and he was just as helpful and promised to resolve the problem and I trust that they will. I hope to see Tena become manager or assistant soon! Thank you!

It's your typical grocery store and franchise. Overall, I was pleased with the selection for fresh produce. I was pleased to see it looking fresh, and even more impressed to see workers sorting out the bad produce on the few occasions I stopped by. The layout was somewhat difficult to get used to but understandable for someone that's new and used to how other stores are laid out. The meat selection was a little smaller than I was expecting, but when I spoke to a employee regarding his section he was happy to help and stopped immediately to assist me. The check out went rather quickly each time, and the cashiers were always friendly.

A local grocer that the employees all the way down from check out, stock boys, and butchers take time to check in with you on every visit. From the greetings, to the goodbyes, you feel like a neighbor when ever your here. My wife was in a rush one night and getting bent out is shape because the check out lady was talking while scanning the persons groceries. I calmly and lovingly reminded my wife that this is exactly why we move out of Memphis (taxes too) for a no stress slower pace of life. I love my Kroger and shop here because of the personal service and not always price. WalMart is also here in Oakland but I'm staying put at My Kroger

Unlike the Arlington Kroger, Oakland still has the make your own 6-pk beer. This is what I enjoy the most as I love craft beers. Oakland is a decent size store. Nice staff.

The store has a better selection of products and is cleaner than the Arlington store. We prefer to shop here even though the Arlington store is only a couple miles from our house.

kroger is a significant grocery store that has everything you need. They supply fruits, vegetables, noodles, salsa, milk, eggs, yogurt, and gluten free cookies for crying out loud they have everything! even your scrumptious dairy free ice cream for those lactose intolerant homies. If you need a grocery bag there is no doubt they will have one. Just check in the self check out area for one, i believe they are free which is a PLUS for your broke teen!! The people there are typically friendly, i met a pastor there once and shook his hand during covid times on accident he was actually talking to some other guy, but the love of Christ showed through nevertheless! ALTHOUGH, i've had a creepy man follow me out to the parking lot looking for me and my mom, so be tareful in some situations, discernment is advised for those situations at your local kroger. OH AND DONT FORGET they indeed do have a clearance section, it's located to the right of the door in the dog section. i have multiple useful items over there, including lotion, snacks that are organic, coffee, toothbrushes, and many other things and they are all at lower prices! Overall i love this kroger, so thankful it's there so i can make food, and take late night stops there to get pizza and chocolate for me and my fam. Thank you so much kroger for loving me as i am and not caring about the masks! was super thankful they were so chillwith much love, lucy

when entering the store in oakland, TN on highway 64, there was no sanitizer or antibacteria wipes. When I spoke with 2 employees only one person said they would look into. However, when I had finished shopping, still no hand sanitizer or antibacterial wipes. Also I purchased some bradford pears in the package and they was dry and tasteless. I have experienced this problem with bad produce in the past but I thought it was corrected, however, it looks like they are back to their old habits of bad produce and now not even considering the Covid-19 virus they won't even try to clean the place up. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of location....that's it.

I like to shop Oakland's Kroger because it is near my home and because it is a clean store. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Also if they do not have the item you want they will try to get it for you. And if they don't have it you probably don't need it anyway. But all kidding aside it is a good store to shop at. I give it a 5 star rating.
