Krab Kingz East - Memphis

My experience with Ubereats was good. But the actual food was horrible! I love seafood and I've experienced amazing seafood and today I had the worst. I don't mind spending money on food I love to eat. But I spent $62.16 on some bottom of the barrel food. The butter sauce was not consistent with flavor , the corn was tough , the sausage was bad. I had clusters that looked spoiled. I can go on and on . But the point is if you are going to work in the seafood business, your seafood has to be fresh. I'm not from Memphis, so I'm not going to categorize the food all together. But this is nasty.

They only get 2 stars because they Cajun seasoning was good. The clusters were super small and DROWNED in butter. I was super disappointed. I will never eat here again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a loaded platter and an extra cluster, I spent 64 dollars. They forgot my 17 shrimp that come with the platter, I called several times and the phone to voicemail I left several voice messages, I order the food late and when I was calling they were 15 minutes from closing. The next morning I went up there and brought the receipt they told me there was nothing they couldn't do since I didn't call. I showed the cashier and manager my phone log and asked her if she could check the VM. They preceded to say there was nothing they could do. I can't stand when business do this you know what your platters are supposed to have in them, I shouldn't have to watch you, you will never get money from me again.

Krab "Kingz" should really reconsider their name. I went to Krab Kingz yesterday to order of crab legs. I waited in line and once I approached the counter she told me they were out of crab legs. Imagine going to Popeyes and they say they are out of chicken. Imagine going to Wendy's and they say they are out of meat. Imagine going to Captain D's and they say they are out of fish. I was disappointed to say the least because I called prior to going and she informed me they were not taking call in orders. That would have been a good time to tell me they were out of crab legs at both locations. You read that write, they were out at both locations. I went right on to another establishment and patronized there.

I didn't get the low boil crab but this place gets all my lil stars. 1. I walk in and the service is efficient but friendly. I ordered the #7 which I believe is the friend shrimp basket. I got 15 pieces (they tell you on the menu) of standard sized shrimp for $18. I find this incredible because where I live that's maybe 7 pieces of shrimp. The shrimp is not small (smaller than butterfly but bigger than popcorn) and seasoned well. It came with fries and something, but they let me sub for fried okra and crab pasta salad. 2. My picky sis loved the okra. I was very pleased in general because it was a lot of okra and everything tasted good. But what you should take from this is my picky sis ate a few shrimp and okra and was very complimentary. Let's talk about the service. The place is a tight room that is all white besides the posted menus. Spartan is the right adjective. Anyway, they offered me a lil bag of popcorn for my wait because they know ppl get testy waiting for food. It's free popcorn and I thought a nice touch. My wait was probably 15 minutes and they have ordering online. I trust places with online ordering. They also take square and I think Apple Pay. Again, I am pleased. In summary, this is a great place that thinks about the small things but looks less welcoming than what it is. I've told several of my people to go. If you're like my sis and need lots of yelp reviews before trying a place, just go. It's good stuff. I certainly didn't expect to see a crab spot by my childhood home, but here we are.

Called this place to place a huge order, despite the bad reviews. The attitude of the lady answering the phone was so bad, I said "You know what, there is no way I would give busy to this place with a person like you with this attitude answering the phone. Have a good night." I politely hung up the phone and called Juicy Crab. And they were delicious. I will never, ever understand how businesses have people who lack customer service skills being the first point of contact for their business.

this was my first time visiting any crab legs place and I'm not use to Memphis, I got 1 loaded platter to surprise my boyfriend because neither of us really eat crab legs. They were AMAZING. they were still hot when I got home. also I went in there looking a hot mess and the pretty girl at the counter was still so nice to me (I have social anxiety so that means ALOT) Her energy was really welcoming I wish I could've given my tip directly to her . also the loaded platter for two is more than enough for two ppl.

Ordered platters from there for my mom's birthday. Food was okay. Not a lot of seasoning & the butter sauces were not good to me. I wanted to enjoy the corn on the cob but it was so spicy & not in a good way. The crab legs were good. Potatoes were plentiful, the sausage was okay & the shrimp were decent. I'm not sure what I expected but I wasn't that impressed. I'll get a fried entree next time.

Pissed tf off do not I repeat do not order that shit online set up your order does not go in til u come in I placed an online order at 1 to be picked up at 2 and let's just say it's 2:15 pm and I'm still here and they wanted a tip up front ikyfl . Mind u I came in 10 mins early 1:50 pm this sad welp they calling me ok bye order at your own risk

Never mind the one star.... I give this restaurant a minus zero. It was my first time ordering from Krab kingz spending 90+ dollars. The food was the worst food I have ever experienced. This restaurant should be banned.
