Kirby’s Kitchen

This place is awesome. Great folks running it and the food. I had the pork sandwich with baked beans. The smoke flavor in the pulled pork was awesome. Very bold hickory taste coming they my bites. Mild sauce is tasty. Baked beans great smoked flavor as well. This is a great go to place if your needing to grab a meal and take home or sit out and eat at the picnic table. All of it out of a pull behind trailer. They have it going on for sure.

One delicious, stationary, food truck. All food is made with quality ingredients and it shows. After trying the chicken salad I bought a pound of it to snack on for the days to follow! The pulled pork is also at the top of my favorites list! So many delicious options to choose from!

Just got a chicken salad sandwich with skillet potatoes... so good!! It was perfect to grab right after my long walk in the area. Yum- will be back

Great food and the friendliest people. I've had the sausage, pulled pork and chicken salad ... all three were fantastic.

It's amazing food! It's outside so social distancing is easy and everyone does it. My friends and I brought chairs to sit in a circle and enjoy the company and food, and I would do it every weekend. The bbq sauce is a must!!

Kirby's kitchen was nothing but a good time, with great people running it and happy people eating it I don't think that it could be any better. I had the French dip and it was amazing. Covid does have people scared but due to it being a food truck my family and I brought chairs and had a great ole social distance time. People wore masks and it was all very safe. 10/10

Amazing!!!! Service is great and the food is Wonderful addition to downtown Franklin.Definitely check it out and seriously only leave a review if it pertains to the food or service. If you're going out to eat, you're taking a chance no matter what. These small businesses are doing their best to survive thanks to CV19. You could always cook at home yourself.

We are respectful and wear masks also. We love the outdoor kitchen aspect Kirby's offers! How great is it to be outside and enjoy well needed time with our family and friends. Food is amazing, warm, yummy home cooking! So easy and way better than fast food!

Was excited to try this to night but decided against it when we saw that the people working in Kirbys weren't wearing masks. Customer wasn't either. Maybe after CoVid but not willing to put anyone else at risk especially after recent CDC mandates.

This is the best new gem near downtown Franklin. Best burgers, French dip and barbecue. I'm addicted to the chicken salad and buy it by the pound. Also you do not have to get out of your car when it's cold or raining--they offer curbside ordering.
