King Mao

The food was steaming hot even though it was delivered. The taste and quality was out of this world. There were no hidden, sky high delivery costs and it's extremely obvious that this is a family owned and operated restaurant in which the family is extremely proud of and in my opinion should be. Their prices, even during prime and peak hours are outstanding! Oh and the portion size is more than enough to have a second meal and sometimes even a third. I'm certain it sounds as if I'm being paid to write this review yet I am definitely not. I just am so impressed with this restaurant, the employees, quality of food and service and the prices especially for the portion sizes are outstanding! I highly recommend King Mao. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Thank you King Mao for superb food quality and pricing as well as outstanding service in all other aspects of your restaurant business. I've now talked so much about Ling Mao's food and service that I'm going to order lunch from there right now.

I've been getting food from this place for a while and I got home with a recent order to find a big bug in the fried rice. Took all the food back because I felt nauseous about eating anything else or letting my family eat. Tried to get a full refund but the cooks came out and started being rude saying that in all their years never had an issue. Well I just wanted a refund to go and get dinner for my family elsewhere but they were so rude and even threw the money back at me. They were making it a bigger deal than it had to be and there were several other customers in the dining room listening. I would have just recommended not eating there or to be careful of your food but their demeanor changed as soon as they had to return money. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Found this place today, and I will be back. It is a small hole in the wall but the staff is friendly and the food was wonderful. I ordered the pork egg fo young lunch special. The portion was large enough for two meals and fresh and delicious.

Always eat here; their shrimp roll are to die for so fresh and fulfilling. Cheap and affordable for your family and nice backyard to eat by if you want to eat right away. Plus it's rare you still have that eat in stores experience where they serve on glass plates.

1 quart of hot sour soup, 2 won ton soups, steam dumplings, broccoli & rice, General Tso Chicken & rice, and a quart of shrimp fried rice with extra egg.... Large amounts of food for $36. I love the Chinese fortune cookies too. It was delicious food for a low price. Only takeout service. I think King Mao is my go to Chinese takeout food for now on...

Tried this based on reviews. Food was decent. The crab Rangoon was graciously filled, the sauce was more of an orange tasting sauce that we didn't care for. The house lo mein was saturated in soy sauce - super salty. General tso was way to sweet. Wings were ok- the breading was different than I'm used to. We ordered a lot of food & the guy chased us down in the parking lot because they left out the lo mein from our bag. They would've gotten 5 stars- but I had to deduct for the sweet tso sauce & saturated lo mein. Egg drop soup was really nice!

Everyone raves about this place and I've tried it twice now. The first time I got chow mein, steamed dumplings, and fried rice. The fried rice was different since it's a yellow color and didn't really have any flavor, but everything else was good. A friend got sweet and sour chicken and I think that was the best thing we got, but it all just didn't blow me away. The second time we tried it, I got dumplings again cause they're decent, but I wanted to try the beef and broccoli.... the sauce was so thick and the texture of the beef was so weird. It was just not good. The onlymajor upside is that it's very affordable. I'm not sure I'd go back though.

I'm obsessed with their shrimp fried rice. My husband ordered the peppered steak w.onions and crab rangoon. I ordered the chicken in garlic sauce, shrimp fried rice, and spring rolls. Everything was amazing! But the shrimp fried rice was my favorite. I've been wanting to go back every day to get some. I would recommend

King Mao has been my choice of Chinese takeout for a long time, they customize my order added more shrimp (added cost) today's customized large won ton soup hold back 4 won ton add 10 shrimp & scallions was a 10 star meal tonight. Always hot & fresh, friendly staff.

Was great for the first few months I got it. And then all of a sudden my "chicken" would just be breading and no chicken. Disappointing because I had finally found a place that I liked
