Open Mic Night at Kimbro's!
Getting ready to jam in the jam room. Disappointingly, not actually filled with jam, raspberry or otherwise.
Aaron Wessel -talented. Gotta hear him.

A great bar with live music. It can be rather loud at times but there is also an outside patio to escape the loudness, if you desire. It's just off the Franklin dt square and can walk (it's not too bad of a walk). My friends and I really enjoy it!

Super cute, chill vibe. Definitely a locals place. We got there really early so we were the only customers there. We were there for happy hour and ordered a couple of house wines while we decided on food. We decided on a Blues burger and the truffle fries. The truffle fries were definitely the star of the show! The Blues burger was tasty, but on the small side. Not sure if it was because we were their first customers, but the bun on the burger was cold, which took away from the full experience of the burger. The truffle fries were amazing! Just the right amount of crispness, and full of flavor:) We will definitely be back to give it another try. Next time, a little later to enjoy the live music and hopefully get a warmer burger!!!

Kimbros is the one-stop-shop for a fun night in Franklin. It has the dingy grit of your favorite dive bar, paired with a certain comforting warmth from its charmingly cluttered decor. For a cover of only $10, you're treated to live music, several nooks to settle into, and three bars to order from. We opted to sit outside, where the patio is adorned with picnic tables which invite lingering conversations & refills. I ordered a gin and tonic from the engaging outdoor bartender, . It was made just how I like it (3 limes, 3 straws) - thanks, Conner! There's a reason Kimbros is considered a Franklin institution, now go & see for yourself !

Used to be authentic. But now, like many places in Nashville, it has become a tourist trap. There are better places to hear music.

We were in town visiting out daughter and decided to give Kimbro's a try. The venue is MUCH smaller than we anticipated but the food, drink, service and music were much better than anticipated. The bar staff was very friendly and offered fast service from an impressive beer selection. We ordered food and it was very good too. My wife enjoyed her "J's Burger" and I loved the hot chicken sandwich (forget the name). Kelley Ann Williams was playing when we arrived, and she was very entertaining. We were sorry when she ended because the next band was not near as good in our opinion. The room with the band was tiny, crowded and loud so we opted to sit on the patio out back and that was a great option for us on this beautiful night. We could still hear the band very well! There was a $10/person cover charge the night we visited.

This is a little hole in the wall place. We didn't have anything to eat but the mixed drinks were good and the servers were very friendly. Felt like they were the owners. Felt like a place the locals go to.

Wonderful surprise! Felt like we made a great find. Very unexpected gem. The people were more than nice. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home. Just a down home place with great personal music. The menu was good. We are fried pickle lovers and they were some of the best we have ever had. Ended up putting in a second order of them! We will definitely go back.. loved it!

I don't usually write reviews but here I am. Was with friends and we were grouped together without ever the bartenders talking with us and we got "cut off" ... is that needed at times... yes ... but this was crazy! Two friends paid $40 cover charge and drank water and they got cut off. Ridiculous. Music was good. They are too wrapped up in the locals and judging .... incorrectly .
