Kellie Ann's BBQ

I enjoyed my catfish plate from Hens & Hogs. The coleslaw and white beans were both very good. The catfish was plentiful and pretty good but not the best that I've had. And the jalapeño hush puppies were pretty good too. I should have asked for more coleslaw instead of the fries, but that's my fault.

Enjoyed a lunch at Hens and Hogs. My husband had a large pulled pork sandwich with homemade potato sal-ad, baked beans and Cole slaw. I enjoyed 1/2 chicken with a baked potato with a cheddar muffin. My husband had sweet tea also and it was very sweet. You seat your self and they wait on you. The only complaint was the staff kept checking on everyone.

Went to Kelly Anne's BBQ in Linden, TN today. I was prepared to do a comparison between Kelly Anne's, Hotts BBQ in Lobelville, and Rochelle's BBQ in Hurricane Mills, but Hotts and Rochelle's were both closed on a Thursday at lunch. So here's my take on Kelly Anne's. They only serve one size sandwich, and while very good it's very expensive. They chop it pretty fine, and it's a little dry. The sauce is worth buying a bottle of. They don't toast the buns, and the slaw is homemade. They were pretty stingy with the slaw. 7.2 on the sandwich. The beans were well seasoned and cooked. They would have been better with some of the pulled pork in them. 6.6. Overall a pretty good sandwich and beans. Enjoy your Q

This is an excellent place for BBQ. Pork, chicken (both on the bone or pulled) BRISKET...the best absolutely the best. Catfish is excellent. They also have some addicting kielbasa in a special sauce that you just can't stop eating it. Handcut fries, homemade everything and the collards...well when in season, are to die for (I dont share that much as everyone loves them and then there is none for me) There are not a lot of GREAT restaurants that you go to and walk out feeling like you had a great home-cooked meal at your friends house. The staff are amazing, always having fun and enjoying their customers. This is NOT the old restaurant that used to be there. Yelp hasn't helped fix that yet because this place is clean, updated and filled with music memorabilia hanging on the way. Kellie comes out often to visit with her guests. They do a great take out business and have a drive through for easy pick up. If you are close or your heading to the TN river or a float on the Buffalo, then make sure to stop by. My husband and I found Kelly Ann's BBQ when we were visiting this small town for an event and decided to make a date night out of it and find a place to grab supper. We enjoyed a 1/2 chicken, homemade potato salad, okra, cream corn and homemade chocolate cake. Yum! The service was fast and friendly and the food was really great. Appearances can be deceiving but this place really was a hidden gem.

Food is amazing!!! Best brisket ever! Smokey meaty wings, and OMG Ribs!!! Love it!!!!!

Hubby and I went here for date night. It is not much to look at but the food was amazing. Just a couple tables and a waitress station. All around us we're happy people slurping up barbecue. The housemaid sauces were outstanding. Both vinegar and mayo slaw were great. The hush puppies fall apart in your mouth and are loaded with flavor. We ordered the catfish. Me with curly fries as a side and husband with white beans. His only complaint was that there weren't enough beats. Considering this man can wipe out a crock pot in a day, I wasn't worried. The cat fish was fresh, perfectly seasoned with a very light breading and cooked exactly the way it should be. Cannot forget, our waitress angel. She was constantly on the move checking on her tables and refilling drinks without having to be asked. Good service can be hard to find and she was great.
