Just Love Coffee Cafe - Dickson, TN

Stopped in this cutesy coffee shop while visiting Dickson. The atmosphere was nice and the people were so friendly. They served us right away. We ordered two caramel lattes with oat milk. Not my favorite caramel latte but the people and location was nice so, 4 stars.

Why is this location so different? I'm not sure I'd come back unless it was drive-thru only. I came hoping to enjoy breakfast, coffee and read my book but immediately knew I wouldn't want to stay long. The gentleman at the register with an accent (and possibly broken English?) was struggling to find the cafe au lait I wanted to order. When he asked for help the lady was utterly rude to him and I witnessed her being rude to him even more before I left. He didn't deserve that. To outwardly be rude to your coworkers in front of customers is not okay in my book. It creates an uncomfortable environment and is not fair to anyone. Then other workers were smoking in front of the entry door. I waited until they were done before leaving. Who wants to walk into a cloud of smoke while grabbing your coffee or trying to leave. It's also unprofessional.Lastly... this is the amount of avocado spread I scraped off my toast and the toast was still fully smothered. That's nearly half a cup of excess. It's just too much. The coffee was also flavorless-what the heck? I hoped the other reviews were just coincidence but it seems this location is not being run like the others which is unfortunate.

I wanted to love this place. It is very cute with what appears as a number of meal options and friendly wait staff. I shared the Nanna Cinn Rolls and had a strawberry mango refresher. The cinnamon roll was tasty but I kept saying my drink tasted a bit off. I ignored my gut and drank it including the two strawberries in the drink - these had a strange taste but continued to ignore. Why oh why did I do that! I ended up with a horrible case of food poisoning and was so sick I ended up going to FastPace Walk-in clinic (next door) the next day. I was with a friend and we shared the cinn roll but she had coffee and never got sick. So process of elimination lands on the refresher!I am writing my review while still recovering but be careful. If the drink taste odd - return it. Needless to say this was my first and last visit!

I love all the other locations of Just Love Coffee. But this one I just can't get on Baird with. I just paid $20.26 for a very hard on one half and chewy bagel. Was only able to eat 1/4 of it. For the Nutella waffles, which is drowning in Nutella and it is 1/2 a full waffle. And a latte. I was supposed to share the bagel and waffle with someone and not one of us could eat one of these. I don't mind paying $$ for good food, but come on! $20 for food I can't even eat? And they're always so busy in the mornings. Like it takes 25+ mins to order and get your food on the drive thru. I've tried it several times but I just can't justify going there anymore.

The frappe was great, the girl at the front counter was really mad about making it tho. She was very hateful and has no business working in the front where she has to interact with the public. She's rude. Aside from her, the restaurant was very clean and comfortable place quiet place. I'd go back- but only if I knew she wasn't there.

Great food, speedy service, and good atmosphere! A really nice addition to the Dickson area. Everyone was super friendly, and things were working very smoothly for their opening day. Our food was good and arrived quickly as did our coffee. All around really great experience!

Staff was unprofessional and confused. Congee was good, food was okay. It was clean and well spaced.

In my opinion the food here is overpriced for the quality of what you get. The coffee isn't anything great and hasn't impressed me at all. The breakfast croissant sandwich is good and about the only thing worth paying for. If the prices were lower this would be a place worthy of going more often.

It was great the first couple of times I went but these last two times I've went I've had the worst experience. I order only shots of espresso with a splash of milk. The woman working today, I've had an issue when she has made my drink before. She put her bare hand in my drink yet I still took it and didn't say anything, today she was arguing with me back and fourth saying that the drink is a latte when it isn't. I don't know what has been going but customer service is getting worse and worse.

Great menu! The chai is PHENOMENAL! Best in the area. Love the avacado toast too. Service is always fast and pleasant. Great location for a quick stop!!
