Just Hamburgers

Great burger place. We always try to eat here when we are in Paducah. Food is good as well as the service. Served fresh.

We saw pictures of some of the burgers in Facebook and they looked awesome. Found this particular place just down the road from our hotel. When we walked in we were not impressed as it looked like a dump because the floor had small bits of garbage/paper/dirt. We walked in around 4:30 pm and there was nobody there. Help was receptive at the counter but could have used the down time to vacuum. We looked at the menu board and thought maybe we were in the wrong place. I was about ready to walk out. My husband asked them about some of the burgers posted in Facebook and we were toldThat those were specials of the day but they could make them for us. They listed off about 5 specials. Not sure if they did this as a favor to us or if anyone can walk in and ask for those specials that are not listed on the board. The particular special of the day for that day we were there was a soy burger. I'm the one who was hungry for a burger and with a name like Just Hamburgers how could you not go here. We asked about sides and were told the onion rings were good. We put in our order and sat down and about 10 minutes later our food was ready.Everything was packed up to go but we were eating there so we unpacked our burgers and onion rings. The onion rings were thick and delicious. They came with a dipping sauce. I don't remember the names of the burgers we got but they each had their own special sauce. My husband opened his burger and wasn't happy with how messy it was as all the sauce had run out and was all over the wrapper and bun. He went back twice to get napkins. He said his burger was good, he just wished it wasn't so messy. He had a double burger with bacon and Swiss cheese and a special sauce. I happened to love the mess and really enjoyed my burger. I had a double burger with jalapeños and bacon and special sauce. Half of the jalapeños fell out while I was eating it and that was ok. If I had a malt to eat with the burger I may have piled them back on. I thought my burger was very tasty. If I lived around here I would definitely stop on to try more of the different burger specials or just a plain hamburger.I would give this a 4 star but combining my review with my husbands and the less than cleanliness look walking through the door brings the rating to a 3 star.

Best burger I've had in 10 years. Beef. Cheese. Soft bun. Grilled onions. Mustard. BEST.I'd love to attach a photo, but I ate it. Sorry.

My burgers were cold. This is the second time I have gotten food from this location that was cold. They will not be getting my business anymore. I was on my lunch break waited in line longer the usual just to get a cold burger.

Food was good, burgers were small but was expected for what I paid....customer service was awful and non-existent!!!! Lots a kids working there and didn't really care to interact with customers, mostly busy goofing off with each other....

My husband wants to review this establishment. He wants to give it a 5 star review and let men know this is definitely a hamburger place you have to try! They know how to do hamburgers right and he has NEVER be disappointed with any of his selections!

Would have taken a picture, but the food was gone before we throughly about it. The Colby jack o lantern burger is worth it. The chicken tenders are huge and taste hand breaded. The single burgers are flavorful and were devoured quickly. The fries were cooked perfectly and the brownies are fantastic! Five stars for sure!

I think our original plan was to eat in but my daughter in law saw the line coming back from Tennessee to our house in Paducah. So they picked up two single burgers one double burger chilli fries and three onion rings. My daughter in law said the grill was really backed up and workers were moving slow. Surprised our food was hot. The burgers were tasty. The rings were way over fried. But we still liked them because it was a solid piece of onion not the chopped stuff. I guess the total price was ok . Not cheap but not unreasonable either. I'd give them another try once they hire some more workers. But eat in for a better experience

Service was great. The food was wonderful.However the bathrooms were nasty.

To the little girl who hates her job, please go elsewhere your customer service skills suck !!! Otherwise the food is good
