Jumping World - Memphis

My kids had an amazing time. It wasn't overly crowded for a Saturday afternoon. I enjoyed that they have workers actually working and monitoring the play areas. This is a jump by the hour establishment and they do monitor your time with stickers. My kids really enjoyed the go kart area

I'm so happy they renovated this place! It's better than ever! All new equipment, and there's a vast arcade inside. The arcade games were not running yet, but when they do, it'll be fun for the kids! My six-year-old loved this place! It's an indoor trampoline park! There's also a play place just for the little bitty ones, and she loved that area too! You pay by the hour, and one hour was more than enough fun! We will be back. Wear your little heart out, little ones! It's a great place for kids to drain some of their energy!

Hey!! Jumping World!! We are new to the area and getting adjusted. I have a very active toddler and we look for fun activities to While I was park searching I came across your location--so it looks like we found a little sweet toddler time somewhere for my toddler can jump around and have fun and go at it!! He's literally having the time of his life!! He's running his job and he's finding different things to do and he has not stop jumping since we came in and he is loving all the colors there's so much to see!! I'm really happy to see him laughing and just letting go and simply being a kid :)

Jumping World was a super-fun and easy party for my 7 year old twins. They are boy-girl twins with very different interests and friends, but everyone had a great time. We had a 20 jumper party booth, and there was plenty of room for parents to spill out and walk around. We had toddlers through age 10, they all loved it. Pizza was from Marco's, really good, I brought cake, ice cream, and snacks. Worth it for the price. I'm so glad we came here instead of paying more than double at Urban Air. Birthday kids got to ride in the water wheel which they loved. Angela and Becky were very helpful!

I attended my best friend's son birthday party and it was ok. The children seemed to have a good time. The hostess for the party was ok, but her energy seemed very low for a child's party. The other workers didn't have great customer service skills, but it was ok (notice there is a trend in the word "OK" for this review). The point is, if the customer service and the energy from the staff was better, the children and family would get so much more out of the experience. I would definitely attend again with the Kiddos, hopefully things are more than "ok."

If you've never been to other trampoline parks you will probably think this place is great but compared to other ones this one is not great. First off it smelt like a high school gym locker that has never been cleaned. I was embarrassed to post pics on Facebook bc there was black spots on the floor and trampolines. Secondly I'm assuming there was no A/c being that it was 100 degrees which probably explains the horrible smell. Also if you're looking at their website they have awesome pics of toddler inflatables but there isn't any of that at this location which is the main reason we came being that I have a 2 year old. Basically it's a room full of dirty trampolines and a few balls and 2 basketball hoops. Nothing special

First and for most my 8 year old found a straight edge razor in the foam pit!!! Thank god no one was hurt and the girl at the front desk just said oh sorry about that. The entire building was absolutely disgusting! If I could give zero stars I would! There are holes in multiple trampolines and the ceilings are leaking making water spots all over the floor. They need to be shut down.

I've been wanting to go since I moved out here. I couldn't even get passed the check in, couldn't stand the smell of urine. Place needs a deep scrub. For anyone who's going u gotta wear leggings. I'm giving them one star due to it smelling like a Porter potty.

The staff really needs to watch who they hire. The little girl that was overseeing the foam pit was borderline abusive. I saw her screaming at kids and then pulling them out by one arm, and then by one arm and a leg. When she put her hands on my kid I told her not to put her hands back on my kid. She became irate and started screaming at me. She is a liability waiting to happen.

Held my daughter's birthday party at Jump World this past Saturday. It was amazing! The staff was great especially Becky! They made sure to check in and were very professional. Most places have a lot of teenagers working and you don't know what you're going to get but their staff (teens and all) showed great professionalism. Thanks guys!
