I love JTown's! The salmon sandwich is delicious, and the fries are super crispy. Their breakfast is also really good. Eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes are *chef's kiss*. Not overpriced. Friendly staff. It's a chill atmosphere with a relaxed, fun vibe. I always stop by when I'm in Jonesboro.

Hands down one of the most overrated restaurants I've been to. The wait takes forever and a decade. I went once on a Sunday morning recently but the first time I went was around the time they first opened so it wasn't busy. Service was much better then but the nachos I tried were terrible, I had to eat off my dates plate instead.The wings are extremely small and I think it's a rip off. It also comes with no sides. The bloody Mary is terrible too. The waiters are nice, the wait just takes forever and the food is mediocre. I'm sorry.

This was our first time here, but we waited an hour for our food, then it was cold as well, like it sat somewhere ignored for 45 minutes. My chicken strips were over cooked and cold and the fries were cold. It was during lunchtime but a lot of people came ate and left after we sat down. And a side note the women's restroom non ADA stall is tiny! Like 12inches from the front of the toilet to the door. Weird.

Sat by an uninsulated window that was freezing! Bad service, sat for an hour before getting our mediocre food. Got the wrong burger and my fries had random crap-- breakfast potato's and lettuce when I did not have lettuce on the burger. Waiter did not check up on us at all the whole time. Will not come again.

My first negative review to leave ever...Do not go here unless you have half a day to waste! We waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our food. Ended up having to take it to go. No one even came up to apologize until the very end when they could tell we were not happy. Other tables complaining and leaving left and right. This place needs to get it together!
