Negative 10 rating. I bought a truck from them. Gave down payment, signed contract with all of the financing details on 11/2/23, they put the plates on my truck and I drove off. 8 days later they call me and tell me have to bring MY truck back due to a problem with the financing, that the financing company sent the deal back. I called the financing company and they stated that the approval on my financing expired on 11/5/23 and JONES didn't overnight the paperwork and contract so they didn't get the contract until 11/7/23 and my approval had expired. Nino who by the way lies about everything and tried to blame it on the finance company stated that they tried a reapproval but they had sent my social out to some many places that my score had dropped and now they were only financing $6K lower than originally for the truck. NINO and JONES tried nothing to fix this after they had already cashed my down payment. NINo told me that he would file a police report for me to be arrested for a stolen vehicle if I didn't bring it back. I talked with some lawyer friends and they advised me to tell them to file a court petition as this was civil. On 11/11/23 JONES sent a tow truck to my home to get the truck and left me stranded as they would not bring me my trade back to me. My little girl was traumatized AND they didn't have my down payment to return to me, they said. No one was in the finance department to cut me a check. Also my trade in didn't have insurance on it due to me already swapping it to the new truck!!!! NASH, NINO and JONES are all frauds, cheats and liars. I would not recommend buying a piece of shit from them!!!! They did me dirty dirty and should be ashamed of themselves for what they did.

To be fair to the company, 2 months ago, I paid 8k for a beautiful 2013 Volvo with 120K miles - AS IS. My bad. It is my 4th Volvo in 30 years, and all have gone over 250,000 miles with no engine issues. They sold me a lemon. Pistons and valves are shot. We need a new motor. Day two after I bought it, it started lurching upon takeoff and the check engine light turned on. At first, my husband changed the upstream 02 sensor then spark plugs/coils and then the fuel injectors. They were all in desperate need of changing. Finally, he did a compression test, and we need a new motor. We put about $1000 in parts. Fortunately, my husband did all the work, or we would have spent a lot more. We contacted the dealership and told them what we have done and that the motor is shot. We asked if they had any advice and if they could help in any way as they sold us a car with a bad engine. They offered $1000 to buy the car back. At the very least, they do not check their cars. More likely, they knowingly sold a car with a bad motor. Shame on them. Do not buy a used car from them.

I bought a truck about a year ago from jones. They lied to me about it being a "local trade in" come to find out the truck was truck was from Canada with NINE OWNERS! Only 17k miles at time of purchase. That's beside the point... the real scam comes from their "warranty". Had a fuel injector go bad, took it up there for them to "fix it" under warranty and it only took them a day to fix. A few months go by and my truck had the same issue again. I took it back up there and it's taken them 2 weeks my truck is still not fixed and they said it's not covered under warranty.

Ripped off a good friend of mine and family member. I would never trust a word they say. They also setup fake google accounts and ask customers to write something while purchasing. Gave one price and the finally price was way higher. They said printer wasn't working to show the details of the pricing. Also they sell worthless extra warranties. Worst place to possibly buy a car or truck in West Tennessee.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Service department took a week to fix my car. There is a very low level of communication. I scheduled repairs for a Monday and they did not communicate. I had to show up to find out what was happening with car and to see if complete. I will never be back

I have had by far the worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle here. If I could leave no stars I would. My husband and I purchased a vehicle last week from here. While doing paperwork the salesman could not type anything in the computer correctly and pulled out what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage. He couldn't give us straight answers for any of our questions. We were trying to make a deal and he had to go back and forth to speak with someone above him to make the deal. Every time he came back to speak with us the deal we made was completely different. Someone came in and finally made a deal with us and came off $400 from the asking price, shook hands and started paperwork. The man told us we had to take the car that night and get it off the lot or they would be in trouble for coming off $400 from the asking price. We told them we were putting $8000 down and would finance the rest. The man came back into the room and told us that they couldn't get a hold of the finance company because they had already closed (which I completely understand). We left under the impression that we were still getting $400 off the car, because the financing obviously couldn't be done that night. When we got the paperwork the next day it turns out they put the $400 back on the vehicle after we all agreed on a deal and even signed paperwork the night before. They also put tons of warranty's on the vehicle without asking us first if we wanted the warranty's. We got the warranty's taken off before we finalized the financing. The sweet finance lady helped us take off all the warranty's the dealership put on there. Before we purchased the vehicle we had asked them if the car had been inspected and if it had any issues before. The salesman's said it had a 100% inspection and had no problems. After we got the car home we realized the Apple car play was not working, the keys were not programmed to the car, and there was a cap missing to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. These might be small things, but these things should have been done during inspection and before they delivered the car to us. We have been calling the dealership for 4 days now trying to get ahold of a manager to help us with our problems. A floor manager named Hunter finally got back with us and spoke to us awful and argued with us about everything we had to say. We still haven't gotten any help with our problems. I reached out to speak to a general manager and have yet heard from them. So we still don't know if any of the problems are going to be fixed or if we are getting our $400 back. We still have not yet received any of the paperwork we signed.

Drove almost 4 hours to dealership to tell me before arriving they sold the truck I was coming in to buy. They are unreliable, and you can't take their word for anything. I was told the truck was getting filled up with gas and washed before leaving, and it will be waiting for me. Multiple sales agents, the supervisor, and manager knew I was coming to buy it. I think it was very shady and misleading to call to me to say the truck was sold right before arriving when I had an appointment set beforehand. Poor customer service and truly deserving of all the 1 star ratings.

!! STEALERSHIP !! Be prepared for hidden up charges for "vehicle monitoring" and "paint protection plans" they will tell you it's being upgraded like it's a convenience to you, but really they're charging you more for it. They won't communicate any issues with you during the sale and don't even expect your registration to be handled properly either. Trade in values are a joke, and all together avoiding this typical stealership would be a very wise decision.Update: Thanks for the canned response Foundation Automotive (parent commpany of Jones), but unless you plan on paying the difference in county tax after your Finance office messed up my plates and all fees associated wtih that, we have nothing to talk about. I did get the rip off vehicle tracking pulled out today, for reference to anyone else, it's plugged into your OBD2 port inline, with a splice coming off that goes to a small black receiver box. Find the black receiver, trace it back to your OBD2 port under the driver side dash, unplug everything, and put your factory OBD2 port back in the bracket, you're all set! You can buy the exact kit they are selling you for $50 online direct from the manufacturer, so it's a 100% markup to almost $500 through the stealership. In fact, the contract for the "Vehicle Protection" directly from ELO-CarRX you sign, says "Purchase of this product not required for sale of vehicle" But the finance manager will look you right in the eye and refuse to sell you a vehicle unless you buy this outragously marked up garbage.Steer clear, the vehicle you want can wait until you find it at a dealer not out to mark up junk services and poorly do their job, I promise it is worth saving yourself the headache.
