Johnson’s Country Cookin

FANTASTIC FOOD! We were passing through on a Sunday evening. We had passed by Johnson's before but had never stopped. This evening we were starving and tired of fast food. The restaurant was busy with one waitress! I wish I caught her name because she deserves a raise. That girl was hustling!!! Our service never faltered. The food was fantastic and our drinks stayed full. The cook delivered our food and he killed it! We will definitely be back!

Waited an hour and a half and never did receive my food. I watched them serve two other tables that arrived and ordered after I did. Waitress never did even check on me or update us about the wait time. Would not recommend stopping there on a busy day unless you have a lot of time to kill.

service is amazing! Our waitress clearly recited 5 different lunch specials and gave detailed information and recommendations. staff was all so polite and attentive. the food was wonderful with large portions and a wide variety. seating felt private but not isolated and the atmosphere was very warm and cozy. and tons of unique dessert options! loved it!

We sat there 1 hour! No refills, never acknowledged, two tables that ordered after us received their food. We walked out because of this.

hamburger bun was soggy and tomatoes were yellow it's always something wrong with every order up,ace! next time I want good food I will drive to batesville!
