Jet's Pizza

This Jet's Pizza is located in a small plaza on Long Hollow Pike in Goodlettesville, near the 65 exit/entry. Parking is plentiful for this little plaza and has never been an issue when I have picked up here. Service is hit and miss. My most recent visit in was met with stellar service, while my first visit a few weeks ago was lackluster and honestly borderline rude. Sad to admit, but I had not known the taste of Jet's pizza until about a year ago and in that moment, my life was changed. While Jet's is still a chain, the Detroit style pizza always hits the spot! My go-to's are a plain pepperoni Detroit style pie and some Jet's bread with marinara dipping. The pie is always hot, well cheesed and assembled to perfection while the bread is covered with a nice layer of cheese and served with that thick marinara goodness! One thing I do enjoy about Jet's is that you can get smaller sizes of the Detroit style pies, so if you are having a part of 1...you can get the 4 corner pie and feel a little better about yourself! Overall, Jet's is my spot. I do wish this location would start delivering to me, considering I only live 6 miles away...but new neighborhood, so I am giving it time!

Oh and eight corner with Cajun crust , sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeños - this is amazing. Every time when I was in Nashville/Goodlettsville/Hendersonville visiting my grandkids the next best to seeing them was a Jett's eight corner with Cajun crust sausage and pepperoni- mmmmNow there is a jet's in Cuyahoga falls We are there

My fave pizza delivery joint! Detroit style is the best and Jet's does it right! Just had a Hawaiian delivered to me in Nashville last week and it was hot and dee-lish

This has got to be the best store. The new manager Rob is amazing. Im so gald he is the new manager he just took over the store in May of 2022 so if you have not been there since before that and had a bad experinence, go back and give that location another chance. He has really turned the store around. WAY TO GO !!!! LETS HERE IT FOR ROB!!!!!!

It was fairly clean. There's not that much room when there's a lot of customers. Staff was really friendly.

Love the pizza but this store has had management and operational issues since it opened. My order are rarely right, delivered 90-120 minutes after order, the order tracking system always flashes order so you never know when it's coming, try texting your order and it's returned as invalid #, now was on hold for 19 minutes, tried again 20 minutes later, on hold for 24 minutes now listening to their repetitive commercials telling me to use the code "Fast" to get 10% off.....just keep the extra money and get your operation in order please.

Never received an order. Upon calling I was spoken to like I had made a mistake. I was under the impression that when one makes an order the other party fulfills it. I pay, a service is provided. I simple apology would have gone a long way. But instead I'm without an order and a hungry family. Keep up the good work Jets.

Pizza was amazing and staff friendly. Ordered from our motorhome and they delivered.

Jet's in Goodlettsville has quickly gone down hill. With many orders since March, the last few have been very much less than ideal. I let the first few slide. Today when I ordered, I ordered light cheese. After receiving the order and diving in.. there was so much cheese, it wasn't enjoyable. It was so gooey and soggy, the flavor was overridden. My order was a cauliflower crust Mediterranean with added red onions. I've ordered this countless times and this was not light cheese, even the regular cheese isn't this much. When I called to talk to someone the manger quickly tried to argue with me stating you can't put much cheese on a cauliflower pizza; she proved that wrong today with my pizza. Last weekend, friends and I ordered from Jet's, it was a total disaster, she took them back and had them remake them. Jet's has been my go to pizza place since opening in town, but I will now go somewhere else.

We ordered two pizzas and they said it would be delivered in 30 minutes but it was 2 hour. Also all the food is stale it seems as if it was old and reheated.
