Gambled on the good reviews. Our loss. Fries were soggy with grease. Not salted. Just gross. Wings were tasteless although we ordered hot honey. They were tough, with a rubbery skin & tbh, after taking the one bite of that funky drumette, I lost my appetite. However, I did manage to eat half of my Ghost burger. I had been given the impression the burger would have a bite from pepper but I misinterpreted the meaning because the most flavorful part of the entire meal was the slice of pepper jack cheese on the burger. As I write this review, my poor partner is having GI issues from the Nashville (chicken sandwich.) He only ate half of his and the stench in here is almost unbearable. Beware.

Really enjoyed this place! The location has been several things and most of them were pretty good. This newest tenants, however, are dang good!We ordered up the PB&J burger and it was great! The jalapeño jelly and the melty peanut butter compliment the thick patty & bacon soooo well.We also ordered the BBQ Cheddar chicken sandwich. Thick and perfectly cooked chicken w/a very crispy crust that was very impressive! It is so difficult to find a batter that is crispy all the way around even w/sauces and other toppings there to try to make it soggy, but it was perfectly crispy! I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of the batter though. It had a few to much and to many seasonings in it it seemed. It wasn't a terrible flavor, just not my favorite. None the less it was still an outstanding sandwich. Don't sleep on the cheese fries though! The fries themselves are outstanding, but when they top them w/their cheese it just takes it to another level. Very well done!The service was perfect! Such a sweet waitress that had no help while we were there, but she stayed on top of everything really well. She never let our drinks go empty and kept a smile and a great personality throughout the evening. Def 5 star service from her.They have one of the most unique settings in all of the food industry by being in an old train car. It's pretty tight in there when it gets packed w/customers, but its very unique vibe and pretty neat. Def don't find a train car restaurant in very many places. We will def be back! Easily one of the top 10 burgers we've had in Arkansas, and the chef is in the kitchen just cooking his butt off doing every order up fresh as the tickets hit his board. Very impressive place and one that Batesville should be very proud of for sure.

Reading the reviews I thought was going to be a great place. However that was far from my experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered chicken sandwiches, burgers, and chicken wings that were the special of the day. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Our chicken wings had no color, seasoning, or taste. They were supposed to be sauced. But cud not see any on them or taste any. The skin was rubbery. Took one bite and left the rest. We got our sandwiches and fries. The fries were limp and soaked in oil. It's as if they didn't have the fryers turned on to a high enough temp to cook anything properly. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were not worth eating either. No taste or seasoning on any of the food. Half of one sandwich was the most eaten. Decided to cut our losses and just pay and leave. At 15-18 for a sandwich you can do so much better somewhere else. The staff spent more time sitting at the counter talking to each other than paying any attention to us.

Food is excellent! Service is the best!! You won't regret your choice of anything on the menu!

I've been twice and both times were great! Had the chicken wrap and burgers. The burger was amazingly juicy for a well cook. Jesse has the best fries in town right now. They're a crinkle cut but oh so crunchy and perfect.

we had the best experience here! went with my little girl and sat at the bar and Jesse overheard her say she wanted a pizza and made her one! he never said anything but before we new it there it was! and delicious! she loved watching him cook and everything we had was delicious. I want to try everything!

The burgers big and tasty! We ordered a regular burger and the Jesse James burger, both are excellent! We had straight fries and were not disappointed. The train car dining and the music playing made the experience wonderful. The service what good. We will definitely be back for burgers or try the breakfast.

I wanna like this place I really do! Staff is amazing but food lacked flavor and seasons. Big time. No flavor. Sadly. Maybe next time.

The food was really good I got a patty melt and they have a healthy amount of patty and the patty was very well seasoned. The fries were really good and had an amazing crunch with a good flavor. The service was good they were always there when I needed something. Overall 5 stars food was good

We are visiting from Texas and found this gem close to us. Food and service are amazing! Highly recommend if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. Hope to be able to get breakfast before we have to leave. 10/10!!!
