Howwww have I been sleeping on Jersey Mike's this long??? Maybe I chopped it up to being "just another sub shop," and didn't think twice about it. Sure it's similar to other sub shops, but it's SO GOOD! I've visited twice in one week. Both times, I ordered my food for pickup. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted and didn't have to wait very long to receive my order. Everyone I have encountered at this location was very friendly. Each time, I ordered the club sub (turkey, ham, bacon, provolone), but I put it in a bowl (no bread). Basically a salad, but loaded! The first time, they did forget my bacon and hot pepper relish, but the second time they got it right and it HITTTTT! The first salad was good as well, but that second one hit so much better. I'm honestly craving it again as I type this lol. You have to get it "Mike's way," which is onion, lettuce, tomato, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt. I always add jalapeños and banana peppers as well. So good! Safe to say, I'll be backkkk!

This order was for pick up via the app, pretty sad showing on this order. Ordered an Italian sub which was fine, a club that was asked to be modified a little bit and that was taken care of. We also ordered 2 bowls and this is where it went kinda badly. We had a Buffalo chicken bowl and a California chicken bowl. I guess maybe it was the heat of the chicken toppings but the lettuce was kinda wilted and not nice and crisp as expected. Also the toppings that were requested on these bowls wasn't followed.

Let me start off by saying I love Jersey Mike's, but not this location. They are always disorganized. I would say never order online here as well. It usually is not ready by the promised time. You are better off walking in and ordering. I am not sure why I torture myself coming here.

My favorite sandwich shop.I decided to try something new today, the #10 Tuna Sub. I found this to be the worst choice!!! Someone else may like it but l was terribly disappointed. (I think they put the Tuna in a food processor)OMG it was disgusting. I shall return but l will NEVER order the #10!!

Customer service is horrible. Not too long ago, you would come in and be greeted immediately. Now nobody even looks up to greet or it seems like it's a problem to even place an order. Will not return.

The store was empty but had 6-8 workers standing. I ordered a chicken cheese steak in a bowl on top of lettuce with bell peppers, onion, mushroom and tomato and no jalapeño... not too complicated... especially when they are empty... got home with a chicken cheese steak in a bowl with no lettuce no tomato no bell pepper no onion and FULL of jalapeños! I tried to call back up to the store but I guess they didn't have enough employees there for some one to pick up the phone. Never again.
