The food (e.g., sandwiches and chocolate chunk cookies) is amazingly flavorful and fresh. That's my #1 reason for returning. However, the ordering process gets bogged down by the person manning the meat/cheese slicer spending an inordinate amount of time answering questions from whom ever happens to be waited on. Another employee should step in to begin the next order, if the process is getting delayed.

The staff need to get there shit together here I understand it a new location but there was line backed out the door for just simple cheesesteaks because two employees were arguing about one taking a break and this was in front of customers I ordered turkey sub and a club and they still got that wrong like you didn't even ask me what bread I wanted or what I wanted on th sandwich you just tossed my shit together but shoutout to the guy with the dreads at the order counter here ignoring the chaos going on around him, being patient with everyone asking him questions , and focusing on his job he really deserves a raise

Love this new location so far. Maybe because they're newly opened, but the energy and customer service is unmatched to any food establishment in the near vicinity and it isn't even close. Been here a couple of times and the food is always fresh and so flavorful (highly recommend the rosemary-parm bread even if you think you don't like rosemary). Oh and the chocolate chip cookie, especially right out of the oven, are soft and chocolatey and would be great to take home to have with vanilla ice cream.

The food was good however, there was a small child in the food prep area. A employee had her child at work which was very concerning because it's a safety issue as well as a health issue. I really didn't want to address this but felt compelled to do so. Please do not bring your kids to work. Management needs to address this issue immediately

Has to be one of the most poorly managed resturants I've been to here in Memphis. I was the only person in the store and I ordered a hot sub that took 20 minutes for them to make while they had 10 people behind the counter standing around doing literally nothing. Probably wont be coming back to this location unless I order online first.

This restaurant started off so well, but today Sep 14th i ordered a salad and it literally looked like someone opened it and ate half of it. No lettuce or anything in the bowl. So i called and spoke with a representative and she said to bring back and they would remake it. Ok cool, so it gets brought back and the lady asks did someone eat the salad....no no one at the salad. But the fact she looked at that bowl and say that let me know that the salad was not prepared correctly. I literally mean there was two scoops of meat and no lettuce it looked like they scrapped it off a sandwich. Honestly tho the salad got remade so im not ballistic just disappointed at the fact that I called and she still questioned me on wether i ate half of it...like no ur team didnt make it correctly, its just uncalled for and unprofessional. Probably wont be going back for a min.
