Always a good clean spot on sandwich. Good amount of condiment/meat/bread ratio. Good staff and clean store

3.25 stars. Cold sandwiches are just... blah; the grilled meat /philly style are the only reason stop here vs Firehouse,Lenny's, or even Subway. Even then it's a solid B- average. I appreciate the 2 Stubborn-brand sodas on tap. Management needs to teach the Saturday crew to use down time as cleaning time.

Clean inside. Staff was friendly. Ordering was a breeze. Food was great. Docked a star for gloves. If you're going to wear gloves to make a sandwich, then handle the register and then try to make another sandwich with the same gloves, what's the point... please educate your staff and this would be a 5+ star

2nd time here since it opened and it's quite possibly the worst Jersey Mikes on the planet. The staff is clearly not trained. Sandwiches are sloppily made and both times I've been here I've had to remind them to actually put ingredients on my sandwich because they don't know the menu. The most concerning part of this place is their lack of cleanliness and failure to adhere to health standards. Today, the employee (Sam?) who made my sandwich had gloves on and was cleaning the counter with a very dirty towel. He proceeded to put the towel down, wiped his hands on his nasty pants, and started handling food without changing gloves. Filthy. I should have stopped him right then and walked out. Then I watched another employee with very very long eye lashes spray the glass partition with chemicals directly over the exposed toppings. Tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, onions, etc. all covered with cleaning chemicals. She then proceeded to bend directly over the toppings and clean the glass. Awful. The trash can lid was on the floor and there was no bag in the can for the majority of by visit, but I think that's a minor problem compared to the other things. I'd be scared to know what happens in the back of house.

I'm writing this "complaint" due to recent repeated order accuracy issues. When this store initially opened, the staff was on their game. Orders were fresh, accurate, and served with a smile. Over my last 3 orders this location has been on par with a mcdonalds, wendys, or burger king. Sandwiches were slopply made, missing ingredients, etc. This last one was especially comical. 2 Turkey Clubs ordered identically but prepared with different toppings, one missing the bacon that makes it a "club." The "icing on the cake" is the accurate order ticket attached to the bag at pickup, sealed with an inacruate order inside. Folks, these are nearly $20 sandiwches... this isn't a $1 burger or a $5 footlong. Your customers expect to receive an ACCURATE and COMPLETE order, especialy when it's been placed online and the staff has attached an accurate order ticket to an (inaccurate) order bag. I find it very frustrating that I have to take to an online complaint form to bring this to the attention of management, since the local store management seems to be unfit for their job or lacking desire to actually do their job. Do I have to not order online moving forward and actually directly supervise the employee making my sandwich (like a child) to ensure that I get what I ordered and am paying for? This is seriously unacceptable and pathetic.

I saw a lot of videos on social media and realized I had never been figured I had to give it a try, I was extremely impressed. The restaurant was clean, and looked very sharp. The layout was very planned, and it looked very new and modern. The staff was fast, and extremely knowledgeable. To me attention to detail is everything, do whatever you do for work the best you can, and they truly made a sub above. The number 9 Mikes way with pepper relish will go down in the annals of sub history. I can't believe I have gone this long without one.

First time I went to a Jersey Mike's. I had the Club Supreme because I wanted roast beef and turkey deli meat, and it was very good. The service was fast. The only gripe I have is I wish they had more tables that were not bar height. Other than that, I will be back.

One more chance guys! Great product but only when I go to the location. When we order delivery from many of the location near us it is wrong every time. We don't like our cold sandwiches drenched in vinegar! We only order Mayo. So ours came tonight with both, even though I specifically order without oil and vinegar. I will always go in person. One more shot for delivery!!!

They just opened in Collierville TN and it's great! The food is fresh, the staff is friendly, they hustle and work as a team. The owner/manager isn't afraid to jump in and help and I feel that motivates the entire team. I would greatly recommend if you haven't been there yet.
