5 Stars All Day Every Day! The coffee is EXCELLENT, and the food is OUTSTANDING. And the service caps a FANTASTIC experience.We came in from out of town (Nashville), we have been back twice already it is so good. Very relaxed atmosphere, and the service makes you feel at home. HIGHLY recommend the Shrimp and Grits, the Honey Butta Chicken Biscuit, or the Biscuits and Gravy. Flaky homemade biscuits are a southern DELIGHT. Just a great place for a quiet meal or quiet conversation over great food and coffee.Don't be fooled by the outside. Jay's is MUST DO while in Millington. Simply AWESOME!

Such a charming cafe/restaurant! The servers were so friendly from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. Then the food was AMAZING!!! I had the chicken and waffles which was very popular today while my husband had a breakfast bowl and egg bites. We have no notes!!! So good!!! We will be back sooner than later!

In this unassuming ex-McDonalds location in "downtown" Millington lies the BEST breakfast north of Memphis! In fact, Jay and his staff make some of the tastiest southern-style brunch items we've had anywhere.. No lie! Crazy delicious and they were very gracious hosts. A beautiful restaurant space inside as well. Probably the best coffee drinks in a 10 mile radius. This is a much needed addition to the area and there is nothing here like it. Can't wait to come back and try everything else out on the menu!

Needed breakfast on a Sunday morning. Jay's Coffee gets the nod. Service was great. Food came out quick. At our table we got the breakfast bowl, breakfast quesadilla and the French toast. Breakfast bowl was plenty big. Taste was good and grits were perfect. Quesadilla was really tasty and the potatoes were perfect, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! I could eat these all day! The French toast came with a fruit and fresh cream. Pretty great breakfast overall. I would for sure recommend this place. You should try it. But you do you.

Delicious food, clean atmosphere, great service! A nice oasis in Millington. Don't be fooled by the outside, whether take out of dining in, you'll love the experience and food! Enjoy!

My husband and I came in for the first time today for a late breakfast. The place was clean, nice and staff was friendly. Their coffee and variety of flavors is really good, and our food was yummy. It's nice having this option so close. We're not big on the typical fast foods and like fresher foods like this. This menu was good and even though small had a good variety. We will be back for sure.

Oh my goodness!!! We just had the best breakfast! Don't be fooled by the sleepy exterior. When we pulled up we weren't sure whether GPS misdirected us. But go on inside and get ready to have your mind blown!! Everything was so amazing! The restaurant is so clean and well-appointed. We live in New Mexico and are self-proclaimed burrito snobs. But my husband walked out of there saying that he just ate the best burrito ever. It was perfectly toasted on the outside with sausage gravy, bacon, cheese and eggs. It was so unique and all the flavors meshed. My son and I ate a traditional breakfast with fried eggs, bacon and biscuits and perfectly cooked home fries. Lots of restaurants get lazy with their potatoes. Not Jay's. Lightly fried with onions and bell peppers but not over the top. Don't forget to try their grits too!!And the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Millington is lucky to have Jay's! If I lived in Memphis then I would drive out here for breakfast!!

Jay's is one of our favorite stops. The chicken honey budda biscuit is phenomenal. Coffee is delicious, prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. We recommend Jay's to anyone that will listen!

Great food and perfect service as always! Always clean and inviting. Today was breakfast tacos and the pancake platter. So good!
