Jason's Deli is my go-to spot whenever I want a simple soup and sandwich--it's truly my favorite. You can never go wrong here! Their salads are fantastic too. Tonight, I didn't feel like cooking and was feeling under the weather, so Jason's Deli and DoorDash came to the rescue.I ordered their gumbo, which was hot, delicious, and packed with okra and shrimp--definitely a must-try if you're craving spicy seafood gumbo. I also had the Smokey Jack Panini, which was equally amazing. The combination of turkey, bacon, avocado, and thousand island dressing is perfection.Had to update my review 6 years later, and it's still just as delicious as ever! Jason's Deli continues to deliver excellent food, and I'll keep coming back!

Purchased 2 bowls of soup and 2 half sandwiches- total $42.... So they'd better be freaking awesome. We each ate 1/2 the soup. Attempted to eat the sandwiches, they were tasteless.... Thinking their salad bar would have been a better choice! Haven't been there in years, be a few better I go back!

I have a good experience each time I visit. The chicken pot pie is delicious and the muffuletta is great. Their salad bar is exceptional and they keep it stocked constantly. Friendly service and good value for the price.

When we walked in it was semi busy we had to wait in line and ordered our food and sat down I noticed the tables were sorta sticky maybe 10 minutes later we got our food and it was very good generous portions and free ice cream but had to get there strawberry shortcake

The chicken paninis are amazing! They have always been my all time favorite, I'd love to come back and visit but this time, eat inside. Lol. I love the new renovations they did a couple years ago to the interior.

For 3 years in a row now we have ordered catering from this restaurant for my little girl's birthday. Service is great, the food is great, and the order is always perfect, and the driver is always on time. This time, the driver was even thoughtful enough to bring a gift to my daughter! I've never had a delivery driver do that ever. Wonderful service and wonderful food. Imagine cooking for 20-30 people at noon on a hot July day. You're hot, you're busy, you can't enjoy yourself or your company. Jason's Deli is the way to go! The perfect solution to a party. And those beef eater sliders are a hit!

Honestly...I was very disappointed when my bill came to $70. Especially since the sandwiches were very small and barely worth $10. The sandwiches were dry even though we were charge $1 for extra sauce. Also, were charge $2 for extra cheese (nobody asked for extra cheese). The salad bar was fresh but the Caesar dressing is a 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It was bubbling and smelled really bad. The manager at the counter was very rude, didn't laugh at our Ohio jokes and rushed the entire process. For my first time being here, I wouldn't let anyone else waste their money here UNLESS you're buying and undressed salad

They have the nicest salad bar in Memphis, always neat, clean, and well stocked. I have had several of their sandwiches, and a few soup selections, and everything is always fresh and tasty.The restaurant is clean and the staff is attentive. One of my favorite places in town.

I love Jason's Deli (the chain). I've remained loyal as COVID labor hit them hard and the salad bar stumbled for a while. I stuck around during a rebranding / refresh that stripped them of character And I will continue to go to Jason's...but never, ever at this location. 3PM on a Sunday--only customers in the lobby--employees milling about (not on break but definitely not working...the place was filthy. Not in the post lunch rush "wow, must have been busy" way. Legitimately filthy. --surfaces in bathrooms clearly hadn't been wiped down in days...toilets maybe weeks. truck stop dirty. --drink station obviously the same way. --Chairs were grimy to the touch. --Floor couldn't possibly have been mopped the night prior. --Kitchen was a disaster with trash / kitchen debris slacking in the flooded floor (behind and in front of the counter without any signage). Yes, we still ate...and the food wasn't quite in line with the appearance of the shop but it wasn't close behind. All the while, the manager was sitting at a dirty table, doing some let work. This was a terrible experience.
