Jasmine

This place is probably one my favorite so far. After moving from Cali to KY, my wife and I have tried a few sushi places. And I can tell you, my wife and I have been back probably 10 times after moving here. The food is good, clean, and tastes good. It is not those place with small cut fish and a chunk of rice. I haven't tried everything because I keep ordering the same thing. But I'll work through the menu eventually. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, professional and have knowledge of what they are serving. If not, they will ask and not guess. They know their stuff. My wife has food allergies, Gluten, Dairy and Whey. At the beginning, the Sushi rice has Gluten. But the manager, Nolan, assured us that starting Oct 3rd. Their Sushi rice will be Gluten free. Well we were there on Oct 3rd. My wife was ecstatic. We had a few waitresses but so far, Delaney knows our allergies so it makes ordering our dishes so much easier.

Delicious, fresh ingredients, cheerful, helpful wait staff and hostesses too! I ordered the spring rolls appetizer, and Drunken Noodles with seafood as my protein choice entree. Requested medium heat/spiciness and my food was just right with a little sweat on my forehead but my tongue was not on fire! Food arrived fairly quickly and with a nice presentation. Atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet enough but not too quiet for dining. Clean floors and tables. Overall I enjoyed my late lunch experience at Jasmine in Murray.

This is a second review for "Jasmine Thai Restaurant" in Murray, KY. I posted a review, I believe, it was in 2022. I spoke specifically about how good the food was and the great service that I received. I have returned 3 more times since then. Last night my husband and I went to "Jasmine". He had never been there before. Well, I am very pleased to tell you that the food is still excellent and the service is just as good but it is actually better. How many times in the past few years have you eaten somewhere that the waiter knew the menu, could answer your questions and make suggestions? Not many. That the waiter would carefully make sure that you got exactly what you ordered? Well, I recommend Jasmine - it's one of the very best Asian restaurants I've been to in the 11 years I have lived in West TN and that includes Memphis, Nashville, Jackson, Martin and Union City and everything in between. Murray is in Kentucky but only a 30" drive from Paris, TN where we live. I had the cashew stir fry with chicken and my husband had the beef with broccoli stir fry. Flavorful, not greasy, not floating in oil, and tender. Served with extra chili sauce that you add to your tastes. I was so lucky to once again have "Cam" as our waiter. He could be a waiter in any restaurant he chooses - as good as any seasoned server in Chicago. You won't be disappointed to eat at Jasmine. And be sure to ask for Cam - he never disappoints. Thank you!

This is the third time I've been here to eat dinner. The service is terrible. I am extremely patient and after being at the restaurant for more than an hour I couldn't get a refill on any of our drinks. 25-30 mins in we finally got our drinks from the bar. We finally received our "appetizer" sushi roll about five mins before we received our food. I couldn't even get our ticket in a timely matter just so we could finally leave. I am more than willing to leave a great tip but when everyone else did the job for them, I was just extremely disappointed in the service overall. The food was okay but definitely overshadowed by the terrible severs.

My wife and I had the worst experience of any restaurant I've been to in the last 10 years. I've been to Jasmine's in Murray approximately 15x and it has been good service. Tonight, my wife and I went and will never go back. We ordered an appetizer (pan fried dumplings) and ended up with steam dumplings with a some kind of seafood in them. We asked that they swap them out with what we ordered, however, the manager said we ordered dumplings and recevied dumplings and we would have to pay for those plus pay for the correct ones. The manager was very, very rude and informed us that since we didn't specify GYOZA dumplins we got what we ordered. I told him we were leaving and did not want our meal but since we did eat a bite of the dumplings we would split the bill with them since they were not what we ordered. The manager said our main food was ready and we must pay for it. I said that was fine , however, it took them an additional 10 min to get us our food! After all of that, the manager said he would remove the cost of the appetizer from the bill. THAT IS ALL WE WERE ASKING FOR TO BEGIN WITH! We were going to pay for the correct appetizer. At no point did I ask for anything free, I just wanted what I ordered.Our waitress was nice and she was kinda stuck in the middle of everything but we did leave her a small tip and told her she was great and just that the restaurant manager was terrible in every possible way. I going to reach out to my 15K members of a page I run and let them know if they are in Murray to avoid this place.

sad they wanted to be cheap and change the chicken ! only thing good was the chicken teriyaki, wont be eating there anymore ...

The ambiance, food, and service were fantastic! Our waitress was top notch. She refilled our drinks and checked on us without being annoying. The food was amazing. The sushi rolls and entrees were delicious.

Red curry and drunken noodles are favorites. Sushi is good too. One of our favorite places in Murray.

Food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and professional. The music and dining area is top notch.
