You get what you pay for. For $60 It's fine for what we needed: a clean bed and bathroom to rest our heads for the night. While the hallways are not exactly esthetically pleasing or inviting, the room was spacious with bed, couch, lounge chair, table, desk and chest of drawers. Even came equipped with microwave and fridge. The bed and bathroom were clean and the floors were laminate which I appreciated bc I hate the gross feeling of cheap hotel carpet. There was the annoyance of our neighbor yelling his phone conversations until 2am but the kids and I were already so tired we were able to sleep through most of it.The place has a great breakfast spread which was great since we had a day long drive ahead and were able to get off to a good start. If just for a night I'd stay again.

The young man that checked me in was very nice.. I believe his name was David. Halls smell like dog urine. The room was in need of a good cleaning. The covers on the bed had stains an so did the sheets. Yellow spots. TV was very fuzzy. Couldn't watch it . The toilet wasn't working properly. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. I didnt feel it was sanitary or safe.

This hotel has been remodeled since February 2018, our suite was very clean and large. We had a private balcony. Mini bar, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Flat screen tv. Nice sofa. Did not care for the 3 small flat pillows on our king size bed. Two people need 4 pillows. That was really our only gripe! Elevator was clean and in good working order. They do have free breakfast. It was a $89 room booked on Expedia for $49. Well worth the money. We will stay here again.

Bed bugs! Filthy carpets complete with crack-pipe shaped burns. Greasy dirty windows. Rooms are cheap, but worth less than what you pay. Advertised room amenities are missing or don't work. One working ice machine for entire 3-story hotel. Key card appeared to be single-use, so needed to be recoded repeatedly. Front desk staff was friendly, and bed sheets were clean. Tried to avoid touching bedspread or pretty much anything else in room. Only lasted for one night of 3 reserved. Finding the live, good-sized bed bugs on the 2nd night put the Skeeve Meter into the red, and I had to bail.

You get what you pay for... for thirty-something a night the shower had signs and cracks that looked like black mold all the way around the tub calking, the tub floor was sticky so I kept my shoes on or put a towel down in the bottom to stand on. I pulled the bed covers over layer by layer to look for any bug signs and found none so I felt safe enough to sleep in it. The floors are sticky and had no carpet of any kind. The staff was friendly enough but you can tell they kinda hate the job. I did not attempt the breakfast bar. Would not have stayed here if it wasn't a last minute booking.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever ATTEMPTED to stay at... I payed at Hotels.com... and they had the Confirmation Number.. but could NOT get me a room.. I had to be on the phone for over an hour to get a refund.. Their total INCOMPETENCE... even after I showed them my confirmation number.. made me and the people in line HATE this place... They REALLY need to rethink the fact that travelers actually stay at their place.. Can I give them a negative star?????? They deserve a NEGATIVE rating...

Everytime I Come Here (To Jackson tn) Adrian Is Always Helpful And Beautiful! She Always Go Above And Beyond For Me And My Stay Be Wonderful! Beds are comfy and there's Nearby food Places. But The Best Part Is Checking In She Always Makes Sure I'm All Set! Most Definitely The Best.

Stay away! So much potential, but so much wrong with our room. It's hard to list all of the issues, but here's a start. The mini- fridge door literally fell off. I'm glad no one was hurt. The wi-fi was terrible. I had to stop with-fi just to get on the internet. The window shade doesn't go all the way down. The light on one side of the bed didn't work and the outlet on the other side didn't work. And the sorry excuse for pillows? Absolutely ridiculous. We may as well have been sleeping on cardboard - and there were only 3 on a king bed.

Please do not stay at this hotel. The entire facility is rundown. The deterioration of the outside facade is an example of what you can expect to see inside the hotel. Dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper, unpatched holes, foul smelling hallways, foul smelling rooms, are what you will be greeted with inside the hotel. The hotel deserves a negative rating. The management attempted to explain that the hotel is in the process of being renovated but the renovations that are completed are shoddy.
