Jack's Family Restaurant

This is such a nice stop, right on the east side of Hacks Cross Road. It's especially easy to get in and out if you're traveling northbound towards Tennessee.I've continued to receive friendly and reasonably efficient service here. I almost always eat inside their dining area, but their emphasis seems to be cranking out their drive-through orders, so that sometimes slows things down a bit.They keep their dining area and restrooms fairly spick-and-span, so I would imagine that the same goes for their kitchen. This therefore gives me confidence in what I eat here.I consider their chicken to be some of the tastiest around. So, I'll continue returning here.

My first experience with Jack's. It was all right, ya know! Friendly people. Clean restaurant. I got cheeseburgers. Definitely more substantial than a McD cheeseburger. Pretty good. Kinda greasy. Taste-wise, sort of a cross between McDonald's and White Castle. I don't know...that's what it brought to my mind. The fries were hot and fresh but not my favorite fast-food fries. Nothing really bad to say. I'd eat again.

Every time I've been here they screw up the order, forget about cars they asks to pull forward after they paid and the food quite honestly, sucks. I won't be back.

First time in. This place is the fast food version of the southern phrase, "well bless your heart". Nice staff that was mostly busy trying to fulfill orders, but everything was slow. I see all the ladies hopping around but two dudes (maybe they just came in) just standing or wandering in the back.Chicken sandwich and burger were both good. Definitely a step above the big chains.

Surprisingly, this was my first time visiting Jacks. In my honest opinion, I was underwhelmed. Upon entering, I noticed the huge menu variety; this is a plus. However, I wanted to clarify an item that was of interest from the menu. Already, the biggest disappointment was the cashier, who clearly wasn't the most pleasant or excited about being at work. I proceeded to order and quite soon after ordering, my food was ready. Another red flag was the portion I received. I received a very small amount of (warm) fries and a mid size portion chicken sandwich. I also requested their secret sauce on my sandwich. Sadly, that was non existent. Honestly, I'm sure this place has its "popular fan fav items" but on a scale of other restaurants in this category, I'm not impressed.

The fries were greasy ans the chicken sandwich was too peppery but other than that it was pretty fair will try something different next time.

I went to Jacks on Sunday and stayed going for the rest of the week this place was a one stop shop for me I ate something different off the menu for the entire week that I ate there the food was good and hot and the service was quick

So glad that Jack's opened in Olive Branch! It's a very nice place - easy access, close to the KOLV (Olive Branch) airport, nice dinning area, comfortable & well lit. Also nice not to have music piped in that is loud and objectionable (none at all - very nice). Service was fast and pleasant and the food was excellent! Yes- fast food, but about as good as it gets --- good portion size, too! Hours are sort of variable 5/6AM-10/11PM depending on the day of the week (kind of stupid in my opinion - why make it hard?) Amazing this wasn't on YELP! yet but so glad to get it on here ....

I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 6 biscuits. The biscuits were fine, however, the chicken was VERY CLEARY fried in old/burnt grease. I usually don't have complaints for this location, but this was bad. It was January 29, 2025 @ 6:25.

The service is terrible. The wait is insanely long. Food is awful. The inside of the restaurant is filthy. Floors are sticky. This restaurant needs to close its doors for good.
