The only drawback to this old diner is that it is in a rough area. It doesn't look great from the outside, but inside tells a different story. Great breakfast food lives here! We went on Mother's Day and could see that it is popular with the locals. They featured fresh banana pancakes on this day. Of course I couldn't resist. They were fresh and they were good. My grandchildren could've eaten their weight in pancakes.Simple preparation but effective. And the grits is authentic. Can't complain about that. And the prices were obscenely low. The staff was really friendly and kind and we had an enjoyable experience overall.The only other negative is that they do not take a credit card. It's cash only. But if you don't mind that definitely go here and give it a whirl. I know I will definitely make an excuse to be back.

will say the place has that old school high ceiling feeling the service was ok but the food is not good. My scrambled eggs were not good very greasy and i can't believe I finished my breakfast i was only there like 10 minutes and paid cash and left. They need a new person on the grill and seriously clean up that kitchen looks beyond nasty.

By far the best home cooked breakfast in this town. The atmosphere is old school diner and the food to match. The staff is friendly and personable. Definitely would recommend!!!

I came here for breakfast. I ordered 3 eggs scrambled toast bacon and grits. First the eggs were not cooked completely so I asked to have them cooked more and the were put in a microwave. Really? They still were questionable did not eat all. The eggs also had and egg shell that I found in one bite. Second the grits were instant grits cooked in a microwave. The grits were all over the bowl outside from boiling over in the microwave. The bacon was awesome. The toast was good. I also ordered a 2 biscuit and gravy. This was good despite one of the biscuits was burnt on the top. I will not return to this place as it was so bad I don't feel anything else would be good. I cost me 10.49. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is on the money. Went here for breakfast this morning and it was just what you'd expect. Great food and a great price. The breakfast was tasty and traditional southern. The country fried steak in brown gravy was what you come to a place like this for. Ordered bacon and hash browns crispy and that's what I got. Coffee cup was always full. Service was quick and competent. I'd give it five stars, but there were a couple flies that bothered me during breakfast and the place could use a little scrubbing. But all in all I would not hesitate to eat here again!

Big sign says open 24 hours. Disappointed to find out when I got there they actually closed at 3pm.

The service was attentive and the food was good. They have a simple menu but they it well. I would not have choose. It from the curve side appearance but I would have missed out on a good breakfast. The ambiance is more diner style with all locals at tables.

Little hole in the wall. Delicious homestyle food. Service was good as well. Would recommend if you are looking for a decent priced meal.

The bad reviews on this diner are petty and unwarranted. They are very inexpensive. Their hobo omelet is awesome so is their French toast. If I had any complaint it would be to have more gravy on the biscuits and gravy and that they'd warm the syrup. The little ol ladies are awesome. Looks like I found my new breakfast spot.
