Jack Pirtles Chicken

Best fried chicken in Memphis hands down. My husband and grandchildren loved it the first time we tried. Fried chickens were delicious and crispy. Sides of French fries and mashed potatoes were all good including the biscuits and gravy. Best sweet iced tea as well. Five stars across the board in my humble opinion. Great customer service by the young man serving us through the window. Very respectful and also we got our order quickly. Thank you!

Worst jack Pirtle's chicken ever. I have always received good service and good food from the Elvis Presley and Bellevue area. This is why I didnt mine driving 40 mins for food. What a disappointment, the chicken and fries were old and cold. Don't know why since there was only one other car in line and it took a very long time to get my food. Jack pirtles don't have to ever worry about me anymore.

A real staple of MEMPHIS!! They have the best Gizzards I've ever had!! Make sure you dip all your food in that GRAVY!!

Very rude guy at Drive Thru window on 07/13/24 on Elvis Presley Jack Pirtles Chicken. When I said I had a coupon he said White or Dark Meat? I said Dark. I said I wanted 2 Cokes. He said rather rudely, We don't have Coke & told me my total was $12 +. We didn't get any plasticware, catsup, Napkins, Plastic Bag for our 2 boxes of Chicken etc. He was the rudest Asshole ever & I do mean Asshole. This was my 1st & last time going there. Customer Service training is badly needed. I will tell everyone I meet of my experience. I asked for No Ice, got ice. Chicken was old & Fries were cold. Not worth my money.

Wings were amazing reason for not five stars is I asked for not just ranch but extra ranch with wings. Did not revive ranch. We went at 9:15 and they were out of sides. We also got a burger and that was definitely one of the best. Dark chicken was bomb. Fries need more crisp. Sweet tea is mid. Overall good.

This place needs some better or just closed and go home think about how yall serve your customers the gizzards was black ,scorth stale and the chicken was overcooked the biscuits were brittle and I ask the drive thru woman to refix me sum fresh gizzards and she reheated dem worst chicken place to in Memphis
