Jack Binion's Steak House Horseshoe Tunica

We weren't e if the last tables of the evening and, based on the food prep, it felt that way. I ordered a filet, medium and what I got was well done. I don't like to complain and I also don't like to hold up the rest of the table from eating. We also got a side of onion rings and they were overcooked, as well. About a quarter of the bowl was nothing but crumbs.Matt was our server and he was amazing so, this has nothing to do with him. We had stellar service. Great personality and very attentive.I would not visit again.

I wanted to ask the waiter a couple of questions because I had never eaten here before. I could immediately tell he was perturbed by my inquiries. At first, my plan was to leave him a bad tip, but he turned it around. The mystery: Why did he turn it around? Here is the only potential clue....After he took my order, I received a phone call from a friend. I quietly said into the phone, "I can tell this waiter is annoyed with me, which is surprising for a restaurant like this."My friend recommended a $0.25 tip. I ended up going with $20 but that's irrelevant. What's relevant is that after I hung up the phone and Pissed Off Waiter Dude returned, his entire demeanor changed. So ... did the casino's cameras, including audio, lead to someone saying something to him? Hmm. Makes you wonder. The bread was pretty good but a bit too much going on. I think they're trying to hard with the bread. The salads are all fancy and stuff. If these salads were people, they would be wearing scarves to family picnics. So I just got sliced tomatoes with onions, lettuce, and dressing. They call it an Iceberg Salad. I guess that makes it sound more exciting. The French fries were good but not amazing. The ribeye was excellent and a large portion, but it was $70! Fortunately, I had credits on my player's card. I would only pay $70 out of pocket for a steak if it was served by Aerosmith playing 'Sweet Emotion.' I don't know why I chose that song. I don't get emotional about steak (or anything really).Overall, the steak is superb and highly recommended. Not best I have ever had but might squeak into the Top 10.

We had several issues tonight. It took over an hour to get our food (it is Saturday so okay), we ordered steak fries and didn't get them and our server told us we didn't order them - but they were on our check, but the main complaint is the FOOD. For $50+ a steak, they literally had no flavor at all. And the mashed potatoes were just terrible we didn't eat them. Go anywhere else honestly.

The multiple errors in our order and the quality of some dishes at this level of fine dining were disappointing. We ordered scallops and fried oysters for starter, the scallops were excellent, the oysters not all that good. Than for my main dish I ordered lamb chops with a side of lobster mac & cheese. My chops were supposed to be medium rare, but I was served medium well chops. My friend ordered a medium steak and got a medium rare instead. The manager did replace my chops, I honestly think they should have comped it, but I didn't sweat it. For desert I got a chocolate cake, again not good enough for a $340 dinner. I don't think I would be back.

Impressive quality food! The service was a tad off, but I was there on a holiday. My steak was cooked to the correct temperature. Overall, I had a great experience.

The good: mac n cheese and onion rings (more like a bloomin onion). The so-so: asparagus, cesar salad, steakYikes: salmon. Couldn't eat even half and noticed the person seated next to us didn't eat theirs either. They need a new supplier and a new recipe. Salmon should NOT be deep fried or whatever they did to ruin such a simple item. The inside was even tasteless. It was inedible.

First time I've ever experienced the steakhouse was in 2015 after a Saturday poker tournament. I happen to win a steakhouse voucher to Jack Binion's. As with any fine Steakhouse in Tunica this will run you a bit of $ especally if you order the Tomahawk Porterhouse. It's tender and falls off the bone don't get me wrong. But I've had a better value with competitors. My stuffed baked potato was excellent. Along with my other vegetable sides.I enjoyed the ambience and high class of Jack Binion's Steakhouse. Everything is defiantly kept clean so you'll never have to worry about waiting long to get a seat. I have a freaking to GoldStrikes Steakhouse & this is fairly good but has a little catching up to do but Horseshoe always works hard to be on top of their A-game.I am not really a wine drinker but I have noticed as nice selection. Not the type that'd make a wine connoisseur brag. But they have a wonderful selecrion. You'd swear you were at a high-class Italian restaurant. I would love to go here again if I'm ever offered the chance. If it wasn't so pricey I'd frequent there. But I'll live

Went to Binion's as I was visiting out of town. They were not too busy and we were seated immediately. As we had never been there before we had a few of questions about the menu. That annoyed the waiter but he did answer my questions. I ordered the lobster tail and Caesar salad. My date had the Ribeye steak with sides.After the food was dropped off and we began to eat my date noticed his steak was not cooked to order. A little more cooked than he would have liked. He did not bring it up immediately because the waiter was no where to be found. As I was eating I noticed the table bread had nuts in it. I immediately left the table to go to the restroom.This is really where the interaction changed. I had informed the waiter that the bread had nuts and they should disclose that to the customers the minute the bread is dropped off. His response was you should have said you had an allergy. There was no empathy at all.We paid for the dinner and I asked to speak to the manager. I reiterated the same thing about the nuts. Same response and no empathy from the manager. I was made to feel like I was trying to get a feee meal. I will never step foot in that place again. Do better with your customer service Binion's!

My stay at the Horseshoe Casino was so terrible, I have decided to do my first ever review. First of all the rooms are so outdated, need a little remodel. Many things were broken or missing. Shower handle was detached from the wall, made adjusting water temp difficult. The ice bucket had mold growing in it. Spent several attempts for a new one with no a resolution. I guess it didn't matter much since ice machine on floor was broken. Room was very dirty. Gum was on side of night stand, hair hanging on mirrors, pubic hair on bathroom floor.

WORST experience ever. This is supposed to be a steak place right? I ordered my steak medium and it came out burnt and tough. I also hand to request a steak knife. I sent it back and after 10 minutes it came back raw on the inside. I didn't dare send it back a second time. The lobster Mac and cheese was cold by the time my steak came back! I was only offered A-1 or Heinz steak sauce. I had to request ice water and it was never refilled. I have been to a number of 5 star restaurants in the past and Jack Binions is the pits!!! The food and the service was awful. I usually don't yelp but I could not keep this one to myself!
