Ivy Nail Lounge

The place is beautiful and the people are nice but the prices are too high. I upgraded and still received no callus treatment. He did nothing to my cuticles. The polish job is probably the worst I've ever had. I basically paid $50 for a mediocre leg massage. I recommend spending your money elsewhere

I am very disappointed in my experience. I went in for a fill and gel polish but left with a new full set with tips costing me $75. The tech was extremely rough and made me bleed twice. Also, it took 2 hours. I am not happy.

My friend and I got mani/pedis here yesterday and I'll start by saying the girl that did her nails was very nice and did a great job. The guy that did mine, not so much. I wanted the gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. He kept trying to convince me to get the dip powder on my fingers and the gel on my toes and I had to tell him no 5 times. Then he was very rude and rough the whole time. He cut the edges of my toenails so deep that the skin around my toes is literally throbbing in pain and really red today. Then he put thick and uneven layers of the gel on my nails so they're really lumpy. He was not nice at all, he hurt me, and he seemed like he could not care less if my nails looked good or not. I spent too much money to be treated that way. I would not recommend this place because of him.

I went in yesterday for a pedicure, and by the time I got home that afternoon, my gel polish had peeled off in the spots that it wasn't tacky. It was a complete waste of time and money. My nail tech was not friendly and cut my toe bad enough it needed a bandage that night. I do not recommend Ivy Nail Lounge.
