My arthritis was acting up and I wanted to purchase a Rollator in case it got severe once again. Got a prescription from my Rheumatologist and went in to look at their inventory. The sales person was friendly and helpful. The variety and number of offerings, including simple walkers, was much better than the drug stores. They arranged reimbursement from Medicare. They even had power lift recliners, which I should have considered before purchasing mine from a home furnishings business.

Second Review on this business. I got up my nerve and went back in the store today. This time I ran into the manager. I explained the previous problem and he immediately apologized and refunded my money. I knew there had to be exceptions to the no return policy despite the many signs posted everywhere. In my case the exception was that the salesperson sold me a product that was the wrong size for me and therefore unusable. I am very sorry I did not write down this very nice man's name so that I could thank him here. Almost as sorry I did not get the careless and unkind saleswoman's name so that I could tell her she needs to realize that anyone coming into this store is in some kind of medical difficulty and needs a little human compassion. But they know who they are. Enough said! Thank you manager...
