My grandson favorite think to order so it must be good. The pancakes are a bit dry though. We had to send the orange juice and apple juice back because it was made from concentrated can juice. But I give for stars for Lex my waitress. She was wonderful. She kept checking on the people in her section frequently to make sure everything was okay. She never said one rude remark or showed any sign of an attitude when we sent the items back. PS take a sweater, it cold in there.

I have always loved I-hop for their big steak omelettes. In fact, that is the only dish that I order from there whether I am dining in or doing takeout. However, since the pandemic they have fallen off and gotten lazy because they changed the way they make food, but did not modify the description. I am an extreme foodie and I love to taste the ingredients, especially peppers, sauteed onions, and mushrooms in my food. The original big steak omelettes are supposed to come stuffed with all of those goodies and also have them on top. In the past few times I have ordered from multiple locations not just this one, I have received just plain omelettes (egg) with the toppings on top only. Also received omelettes with barely any steak or toppings. I tore this one apart to show that it was not a pepper or onion inside; least they actually added the hash browns this time. I also specified over the phone that I wanted my omelette directly as the description - stuffed. How are y'all going to increase the price, but decrease the ingredients and quality?!?[What I tried to write under my actual pic..but it was too long to fit]What I actually received after getting home and tearing it apart because I noticed not one ingredient inside other than hash browns. Thanks for still putting all of my ingredients on top so I could at least feel that you complied with my phone instructions prior to leaving the restaurant.

Celebrated a birthday of one of our party. We had our great-granddaughter there (perhaps occasionally to the chagrin of other diners!), who liked their pancakes and was given extra sprinkles by our waitress. My wife also had pancakes, which she liked. When I saw chicken and waffles on the menu, it reminded me of conversations I'd had in the past with friends who loved this combination, so I tried it for the very first time - I liked it, but am not converted to the notion that these 2 foods 'really' belong together! I also splurged on a strawberry milkshake, which was delicious - lot's of real strawberry bits.The service was very good. They seem to have a dedicated (but small) core of dedicated staff who've remained on the job - a good sign for the times. We also noticed a small group of dedicated patrons - so this chains reputation for reliable, cheap eats remains intact.Not much for atmosphere, but that's not why you go there anyway.

Stopped by this location (11/28 @ 6:45 PM) for dinner. This is the first and last time we stop here for dinner. Took forever to get a seat then the server disappeared. After about 10 minutes, a server and a cook got into a loud argument about bacon on a plate. We got up and left before things got uglier. We never did get to place our order...

It has been a while since I was here and the last visit was Poot, so I've avoided this IHOP. My son wanted chocolate pancakes and I looked at the recent reviews and I'm so happy we came in this morning. I ordered the buttermilk biscuit and gravy meal. The biscuit is amazing! They should add breakfast sandwiches to their breakfast items. The hash browns and eggs were nice, but I did need to add salt and pepper. My son got his chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and an Oreo milkshake. They brought the mixing cup with the remaining milkshake that didn't fit the soda cup. The service was great as well.

If you go in the morning when they first open, no. I was the first guest this morning. It took forever for my server to take my order. Order was finally taken after the second table walk in. Order a waffle which came out burnt twice. Asked to speak to a manager and his response was " it always come out a little crispy". No sir it doesn't, I have ordered a waffle from IHOP many of times. No breakfast for me.

I don't know about you but this IHOP was slamming. I mean the food (chicken fajitas omelette with pancakes) was amazing better than I remember. I hadn't been here since 2020, but the quality seemed to have rose another level. Oh yeah the service was good as well. The servers were also kind as well.

We came here on free pancake day and they were cold.The bottom of the hash browns were burnt.And the toast was toasted but is was stale and cold.We also had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our food.And the waiter never brought us the check.We had to ask for it.Do not recommend!!
