The atmosphere of the steakhouse is very relaxing. It is a first class establishment and we had great service and amazing food. The prime NY Strip was one of the best I've ever had. I also tried the lobster chowder, it was good, not great. My wife had a crab cake and the shrimp brochette and loved it!The price was very reasonable and it's not hard to get comps if you play in the casino at all. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This place can be a hit or miss! First time was great this time was okay. Food comes out fast but the apps are ALWAYS cold. Like they are sitting out ready to be grabbed to be placed on the table. I like fast service but not if my food is look warm. The French onion soup is really salty would not recommend. The calamari was good but cold. The ribeye steak is reallly good. Cooked to perfection. The garlic butter was good but could've been more. The lobster was cooked well too. The baked potato was basic but good. And the corn was very flavorful. The bartenders were nice but overworked. I had to ask twice for the free bread. Overall good experience.

Father's Day Dinner was awesome yesterday. We had a great time and experience was amazing. The ambiance is very welcoming. They are located inside Southland Casino, right behind a bar. They have some Amazing food here for a steakhouse (The Short Rib was awesome w/ the gravy) it's my favorite . And the steaks are very delicious too, very tender with plenty of flavor (I added the Cajun Butter and boy was it delicious) . oh, and service was great as well . Staff including Brakia was extremely friendly and made great recommendations. I will definitely be back again to try a different dish. It's a must try !

The Staff and the Food was Excellent!!!!! My Wife surprised me for Father's Day and I was very satisfied!!! She had the Filet with Cajun butter and chooses the Short rib and potatoes and the food was prepared just the way we ordered it!!! This place gets a 10 out of 10 !!!! The Clayton's will be back!!! I was not sure what to expect from a casino restaurant. Every single one of my expectations was exceeded beyond belief at Ignite Steakhouse. I enjoy fine dining. I come from the Napa Valley, so I think I know fine dining. Had a wild game fixe pri dinner the night I was there. It had just rolled out that night for the first time. I had the venison. And Yousuf the chef knocked it out of the park. It was extraordinary. Truly. Paired with the Merlot, and the pumpkin spice crème brûlée as a finish, with Tawney port. You cannot beat the presentation,the flavor profile - - and the price point. Go. Don't hesitate. Go.

On February 14th we decided to splurge a little and had dinner at the Ignite Steakhouse. It was not posted that there was a specific menu for this night. This was a little disappointing. We decided to stay and try the Valentines evening menu. We checked in at 5:00 pm which was our reservation time. We waited almost 20 min before we were seated. This was not acceptable since the restaurant was empty. The front of house needs an operations manager to improve customer service. We made our choices from the menu. To start was a pairing of crab cake, beef and bacon, shrimp brochette, and lamb loli. We were apprehensive since Steve or I never had lamb. I have to say Chef Stephen Strobbe did an amazing job on the lamb. I have to say it was very good for the first time tasting lamb. We ordered the surf and turf. The flavors were very good however the tenderloin was way under done. They recooked our tenderloin and it came out perfect. The crime brûlée was ok, however it was cold. It would have been better if it was slightly warm.Overall the meal was very good. Chef Steven did a great job pairing all the offerings.
