Identity Factor

Very helpful as it was my first time buying a uniform for work. Also can embroider items. They can also order colors for you.

I have used this place for embroidery but have never purchased scrubs here. Being a guy finding any sort of selection of scrubs that aren't "unisex" which is code for baggy and ill fitting is a struggle at the best of times. I have always resorted to buying online out of necessity not choice.While this place has a men's section it is hardly large. Surprisingly being a block from a hospital where nursing is required to wear a specific color they had a very limited selection ( i.e. 2) choices in stock for guys. If that's what you wanted great other than that you will be forced to have them order it for you.

I visited this location yesterday for the first time. Had never heard of Identity Factor and I have been Nursing for a long time. This place has way more attractive scrubs and lab coats than Landau. Customer Service was superb, everyone friendly and very helpful. They will also assist you in ordering online while in the store. I am a very satisfied customer.

I'm all about supporting local businesses, even when it comes to nursing supplies. When I started nursing school, I had to obtain embroidered scrubs. The school gave us two options: Identity Factor or Landau. I did some price-comparisons, and IF seemed a bit cheaper, so I went there. They were very helpful when it came to picking out scrubs, and they knew everything about my school's strict policy regarding the uniform. I had to leave the scrubs there to get embroidered, but it only took about 2 days for them to call and tell me they were ready. Overall, it was a great experience! I just wish there was a location closer to my home.

This place is great and has a lot of different brands and variety . Great customer service and employees assisted very well.

Great place to find scrubs, but they never have my size! They'll have smalls/mediums and some 2X or larger, but no L or XL for matching scrubs. It's a 40 minute drive. Might go one more time. Everyone very nice and helpful.
