This is a great hotel with a fabulous rooftop bar and lounge. The staff was very nice, check-in was a breeze. Loved the location, which was a few blocks from all the happenings on Beale Street. I would definitely stay here again. The views are gorgeous!

Internet SUCKS. If you rely on internet for life. Don't come here. It's so frustrating.

I absolutely loved this place. Employees were friendly, valet was great, and the rooftop was so much fun. Let me start with going inside. Beautiful clean entryway where you are met by friendly staff. Had a bit of a line but they worked quickly and I hardly had a wait time. You're walked up to your room by one of the bellhops and helped with the luggage. The rooms are not overly fancy, but also not out of date. The shower was a very good size and the water pressure was great. Only issues I had, the bathroom reeked of burnt marijuana (something they can only attempt to control and deter), and is absolutely tiny. Granted, you don't spend much time in the bathroom (I least hopefully not) but when you do, it's nice to be comfortable. The bathroom could use at least another foot of room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return!!!!

The valet staff are helpful and fun to talk to We didn't talk to any other employees because we use the app to check in and get a mobile room keyThe hotel is really nice, newly renovated to a high standard. Zero complaints, centrally located and i would be happy to return.

Fantastic location for exploring Memphis. It's just a stones throw away from the Beale Street entertainment district. We were initially a little apprehensive about walking around downtown at night but the surrounding area felt perfectly safe on Friday night. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to the Beale Street Suite and it was one of the largest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Very high end apartment feel with a walk-in shower and gorgeous view of downtown. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the fitness center or pool but they both looked great (see my photos). There was also a rooftop bar called Beck & Call that we didn't see but will definitely come back next time. The only down side was the cost of valet parking, which was $33 a night for registered guests... seems a bit high for Memphis but I guess it's because of the location. There's a public parking garage right across the street called MLGW Parking for $15 per night.

The best thing about this Hyatt was the location and the view of the pool from your room. The hotel was in a central location where you can walk to the main strip for dining and entertainment. The parking at the hotel is outrageous $32 a day. You can park across the street in the parking garage for $15 - it's good if you are in for the night but if you will be going in and out - pay the $32.Once we arrived at the hotel the cleaning lady was virtually non existence. We stayed for 2 nights, I had to get extra towels off of the cart in the hallway and call the front desk for other supplies. The room was small we couldn't fit a small cart in the room. It was only a small table and a sitting area under the TV in the room. Thank goodness the view from the room made up for the short comings. The pool area and lounge area around the pool was awesome. The rooftop had a nice view where you could watch the sunset. It wasn't a bad Hotel - just small rooms and spotty cleaning service.

Stayed here for a conference and it was not too bad. Check in was very quick and easy and my room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great! Oddly, the shower was a box that was kind of in the middle of the room between the sink and the bed. I was staying by myself but if you're sharing a room, just know that you step right out of the shower into the room so hopefully you're not the shy type! The design was cool but I would have preferred a real desk with a work chair as opposed to the table and lounge chairs. There was decent space for hanging clothes as well as drawers to stash stuff. The conference space was nice as well. I loved the old industrial look of the conference space. I didn't use the gym but went to check it out and it had a decent amount of equipment, all in working order. There was an outdoor pool that would have been nice to use on those 90 degree days when I was there!Location is very close to all the nightlife on Beale Street. Just walk two blocks and you're there. The one thing (not the hotel's fault) was that Uber and Lyft tell drivers to drive up Front Street and then make a left/u-turn into the narrow driveway. Sometimes the traffic made that tricky.

Nicer than I expected as I don't normally stay at the Hyatt brand. Our room was small and clean. The common areas were nice. My only advice is to have better breakfast options at the restaurant. Being in Memphis, I was expecting excellent food but it was below basic. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent!

Hyatt is a very neat and clean facility and it has a relaxing and fun atmosphere. It's located in the downtown area and just literally seconds away from the Famous Beale Street, where you have access to great restaurants and entertainment options to say the Least.
