We started off this visit by getting our drink order. The waitress asked if we wanted cheese dip, but we settled on the choriqueso, which was quite good. We ended up getting an order of birria nachos because we only wanted a small meal to split. The salsa was delicious and fresh, your standard Tex-Mex salsa. However, each order of chips that we received was at least half the consistency of a bowl of breakfast cereal. I've never in my life seem complementary chips look like they were worried that people couldn't chew them, smashed to a fine dust by the chef. It was strange, and made some of the chips only edible if you poured them onto the dip and ate it with a fork. The birria and nachos were a different situation. Every birria I have ever had is seasoned with achiote paste, which flavors it distinctly and gives it a very orange hue. The meat on these nachos was very large brown and more like an American pot roast. This, combined with the fact that there was very little cheese made it feel like you were eating chips and roast beef. It was rather dry very unflavorful and extremely disappointing. It's sad to see, because the service was great and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. The last few times we've come here it's been good but this time I cannot express how much I don't want to go back if this is what the food is going to be. There are far too many Mexican restaurants in Paducah to give a place too many chances when it's that subpar.

The food is okay and service was attentive but not helpful. We were brought Tom our table and asked what we wanted to drink even before we sat. The waitress was unable to answer questions about the tequila choices. She was attentive and kind. The food was served hot and it was adequate.

Cozy atmosphere, pleasant staff, adjacent to the Mall for shopping after. The food is excellent & prices very reasonable compared to others in the area. We love their salsa, chicken fajitas & taco salad.

i'm a regular and bring all my friends & family here to get drinks as we walk through the mall... recently i went and bought an alcoholic drink with extra shots paid almost 30 bucks for a drink with no alcohol i went back and asked and he said he put 3 shots, when i only have 1 shot i taste alcohol yet somehow with 3, no trace of alcohol was evident in the drink.. lol i was scammed but if u DO want an expensive NON-alcoholic beverage please go to Hugos & ask for Hugo himself to make it, u wont be disappointed:)
