I had chicken salad I found out it is chicken salad not salad with chicken, which was fine! Tasty ingredients with banana surprise. The lunch buffet looked good but not fresh. Maybe get there earlier next time. Reasonable price. Nice atmosphere.

A small place, but it has plenty of parking available. It was really busy when I went, probably around noon on a Friday. The wait staff was trying to keep up with how many people were there. I didn't try the food because I was just there to pick something up for my mom.

I love this local place!! My grandma and I both love getting the chicken salad sandwich and the chicken salad and yes there is a difference between them. The concentrated jello squares are also good. The people who work there are also super friendly and nice which just makes for a good visit each time!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Paducah.

Let me first start this off by saying this was my first experience eating here and it will be my last! We were told that this place had an awesome buffet and that was not the case at all. The soo called buffet literally had only one main course and a few sides and that was it. Not only that but we were there at 12:30 and as we were seated was never told that they were out of basically everything! No seriously not hyping that statement up I am being serious! I had barely enough to put a plate of food together and the food itself was like eating school cafeteria food except honestly I would much prefer sloppy joe day anytime over what I was served. So I waited for them to freshen up the buffet only to be told there was no more coming out! I literally only had barely enough to scrap together a serving spoon full of sides and the meatloaf was like eating some cheap dollar store tv dinner. I was absolutely blown away at the fact the staff had the audacity to walk over to the table to ask me if I would like anything else. There was nothing else they were just being snobs! On top of all of this insanity the waitress told me they were sorry for not having enough food and explained to me I would get a discount. The discount was $3.00! They still made me pay almost full price for a buffet that was not an actual buffet and I literally had not even a plate of food! My bill was $30.00... SERIOUSLY! I am now sitting in the emergency room with the sickest case of food illness I ever had! Do yourself a favor and skip eating here all together!

It was very clean I had the buffet very good broccoli cheddar soup very good!! Quality food homemade mashed potatoes with meat loaf!! Very good and salad bar !!

Unique sandwiches and salads you wont find elsewhere. A local favorite! One of my favorite places to eat. They always have a small hot buffet for lunch with a main dish, soup or beans and warm rolls and cornbread. It comes with a salad bar which always has seven cup salad (fruit desert) on it. They have a house tea that's also good.

I truly enjoyed my lunch. The California Chicken Salad was delicious and so was their Ice Tea. The service was wonderful!. I first had this when they served it at the 9th Street House years ago. The atmosphere was a nice and relaxing lunch.

It was very tasty. I got the chicken salad and it reminded me of the Happy House chicken that once was served in Mayfield before the tornado destroyed it.

Mostly homemade items, everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I can recommend the California Chicken Salad, Toasted Pimento Cheese, and the Chess pie.

Now let me start by saying ........... i dont think this place is for everyone . But we wanted a break from the zaxbys chick fil e burger subway scene . We just wanted something different . This place is that . Service was great ! That is rare . I had the 'hot bar ' which today was turkey n dressing , rolls, cornbread , white beans + a salad bar for 7.99. Lunch . I also had the 'house ' tea. Which was rasberry iced tea. Liked it ! Salad bar was clean and all items looked and tasted fresh, it wasnt a huge salad bar but good. Menu had a few salads and sandwiches that id like to come back n try sometime. Salads sandwiches and a different 'hot bar' selection daily. A fresh place for something different. :)
