Service was lacking... had to chase down a person to assist me as she was talking with a friend. I thought she was another customer. As you can imagine, Julie was not a helpful associate or even very friendly at all. Ended up finding a decent deal on a few items but you REALLY have to dig and look over everything with a fine-toothed comb. It really is a spot to search for a diamond in the rough. Most of the furniture is cheaply-produced, laminated crap that is WAAAAAY overpriced.

Great prices for hotel furniture and great service! (Ask for Lisa). Everything was easy including delivery. This is my second trip in two weeks. Got 3 queens, 3 sleeper sofas, two refrigerators, 10 very comfortable sitting chairs, 14 lamps, 4 coffee table sets, and some other stuff....for $3500. I'll be back!

we drove over 6 hours to be pleasantly surprised. the hotel deals were amazing. you can get some high quality furniture, lamps, and artwork for cheap. the staff was easy to work with in terms of negotiating prices and acquiring the items we wanted after viewing them on the website. we had great luck to be able to access the warehouses freely in order to get the better pieces. Lisa and I think his name was john, had great knowledge of where the hidden gems were located and directed the loading staff as needed. I would suggest being involved in all the processes...its easy to miss getting the proper hardware for instilation and you need to be involved in looking for the better pieces cause you care more than the loading staff. Lisa and John seemed to be very good at talking with difficult customers and really wanna help you be satisfied with your purchase. just be talking even got tips for how the hotels instaled things which made it real easy for us. we were able to fill our box truck and were were able to use any of the miscellaneous packing materials. plan to be there all day if your getting a lot cause they do have to dig things out of the warehouse and trucks. also the loading staff seem to be day workers so their motivation needs to be encouraged because the move like molasses. ALAS, WE GET HOME AND WERE MISSING A DRAWER... easy to overlook when you're getting a load, so I shot a quick text message AND THEY MAILED IT TO ME WITH NO PROBLEMS.ThanksJ.OttTellico plains TN
