Decided to try a local diner Hope's Place. Yelp led us to the old restaurant location that was vacant but there was a big banner indicating the new location. This is a small place with limited seating and a drive through. The place was slammed the entire 1 1/2 hours we were there. Hope, the owner and cook and Marla the waitress were both super friendly and hilarious to watch and interact with. Apparently they've been close friends since 3rd grade. The food is typical greasy spoon cuisine. My wife ordered a breakfast platter and I had the Philly cheesesteak sub. It took a long time for them to take our order and a while longer for our food to arrive. My wife's order was messed up, but once we told the waitress she immediately apologized and placed a new order to correct it, then the owner came over to apologize personally. The food was a little heavy on the grease and salt but still enjoyable. This place is obviously loved by the locals. Many regular customers came in and were greeted by name. Despite the long wait, I'd still give them 4 stars, come for the show, these ladies are hilarious, they were constantly busy and laughing.

I ate there for breakfast a week ago. Nothing fancy, just bacon, eggs, hash browns and biscuits w/gravy. I highly recommend you try the homemade jalapeño sauce. Service was good as well.

Excellent food and service. We call in breakfast to go and it's always ready when we arrive to pick up. The employees and owner are always smiling and helpful.

NOT CLOSED. Absolutely the best burgers an McNairy county!!! Small place and busy but surprisingly not a long wait. Breakfast burritos are off the charts great!!!

Had double cheeseburger and fries , it was delicious. Just a really good burger place and I saw the Philly cheesesteak sandwich it looked good too. Much better than a sonic

This place is amazing! Unbelievable food and hospitality ! I highly recommend this place. I had the biscuits and gravy, it was amazing. Wife had a omelet, was awesome......

Not closed. Just had the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! Yummmmm! It was messy, but oh so worth it! Neat little place and I will definitely be back!

Very interesting place. A slugburgurger? Papa took me in. All guys at the counter looked at me when I walked in like I was the oddity not the fact that the main dish was a SLUGBURGURGER. The grill was smoking with grease. Hstd to breathe inside the place. But it got the bag and left. It tasted like a smashed um somehing I don't know

We love this place! The all meat burgers and slug burgers and seasoned fries are so good. And they also serve a good breakfast. You cant beat the sweet southern hospitality and friendly service that Hope and Brandy give.
