In town for business had a taste for Buffalo Wings and Lo-mein; went to Wings Express for the wings and then came to Hong Kong Restaurant for the Lo-mein. Both were conveniently located by each other. When I arrived, I was the only customer. Promptly greeted and order taken, overall smooth transaction. The food was ready in 10 minutes. Mom-and-Pop location, so it had more of a basic Chinese take-out restaurant vibe. There are tables for you to eat at the restaurant, I went at 6 pm so there wasn't a buffet available at that time. I ordered the House Lo-mein, my total was right at $10. Great price, great portions, and the food had a great taste to it. If I come back to Tupelo and have a taste for Chinese, I will return to Hong Kong Restaurant.

Don't expect the food to bust out of that kitchen immediately, but when it does, you're in some good food! I recommend the Ma Po Tofu or the Mongolian Beef! The service is pretty good, run by an older Chinese couple. I never have an empty tea pot when I'm there. If you don't mind a heavy Chinese accent then you're in good shape

Best Chinese food in Tupelo! My wife and I always get shrimp with mixed vegetables, fried rice, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls so my review is based on those dishes. Call in and carry out is our preference.

Very clean, solid Chinese food! The kitchen is open and the Chef wears a mask to keep things extremely sanitary! Good steamed dumplings, fried wontons, cashew chicken. I'm not a fan of the Lo mein, I think they use spaghetti, apart from that everything is great!

Had lunch buffet, which was very limited - maybe 10 items total. Rice was very good, everything else just so-so. Looks like they're making a good effort, but there are just better places to get Chinese here.

The food is good but the woman in there is so very rude. There's plenty other restaurants in tupelo. I will never go back to Hong Kong again. I will not be screamed at like she did today. I give it no stars.

Best Chinese food in the area!!! Love the family vibe. All orders are cooked perfectly every time. I love the Chicken Lo Mein.
