I love going to this theater, especially during Twilight hour. The tickets are half price during that time, plus there's not a huge crowd. You basically have the theater to yourself. The chairs are comfortable. The definitely upgraded. They are spacious and they also recline. This make the moving watching experience even greater! They have the traditional movie food including hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, etc. The price points are average for a movie theater. The staff is always helpful and the facilities are always clean. Great spot to watch a movie alone or with the family!

Had been going to Malco for quite some time, but I think we'll be going here more often. It's been upgraded to reclining seats, but the pricing seems to be considerably cheaper than Malco, which has a near monopoly in the Memphis area. Refreshment prices appear to be cheaper here also.

I honestly love this place so much. Call me crazy, but I really do enjoy going someplace that's not complicated and lacks unnecessary frills. I go to the movies to see a movie. Simple as that. This place offers that! Along with popcorn and a drink (Coca-Cola, thank goodness) and decent bathrooms. Check, check, check. Also? They have a points program! BONUS!! You can earn free stuff. I like coming here because it's not crazy busy/crowded and they have lower prices than Malco. *Super pro tip: find a movie time during their "twilight hours" for the lowest price of the day and area!*I like the nostalgic feel of this place. I like the employees. I feel like this place is my own little hidden gem in the area but I wanted to give them a glowing review because I enjoy exactly what they're doing!

I believe this is my first time at this theater - staffers were nice and helpful. I have my little guywith me to see Mary poppins film. I used Fandango to purchase tickets online via app. This movie is little over two hours long so let's see how much of the film we'll get to watch. I do know for next time before purchasing online that my little guy admission is free The movie room where we are watching the film is not occupied at all. We have it all to ourselves. I guess it is a slow night which is fine.

This place needs serious remodeling. It smells like mold and all the seats are gross and dirty.

This movie theater needs to shut down for like a week and get scrubbed from top to bottom... The staff is very nice but the seats, floors, candy counter need some attention. Also sound quality isn't as good as the theater down the street.

The worst movie theater in town. Terrible food. Outdated space. Outdated policies. Save your money and go down the street to the Malco on Stage Rd.I was asked for more details so here goes:1) the facility is extremely outdated. I'm from Memphis and I can say it looks the same inside and out from when I was a teenager - I'm 31 now. The seats have not been updated, the signage, the food, beverages etc. 2) outdated policies - no children under 3 allowed in any PG13 movie even with a parent present. I am a mother and I love movies, so in the rare event I make time to attend a movie theater I go during the day. Sometimes I'm able to find a babysitter so I can go later, sometimes not. However, if I can assure my kid will stay quiet I should be able to attend the movie and I can at all other theaters in this city and in other cities as well (as long as the showtime is before 6 pm). At Hollywood however, it's not allowed. It's an outdated policy that other theaters have changed so they can accommodate mother's... Hollywood is still behind on the times. 3) As expensive as going to movie theaters has gotten, I personally enjoy going to those that provide more of an experience. Malco has updated almost all of its theaters, so I'm not sure why Hollywood hasn't followed suit. To clarify, this constructive criticism has been long overdue. I've lived in various cities - Detroit, MI, Washington DC, Knoxville, TN, Nashville, TN and moved back to Memphis late last year... Hollywood 20 Cinema remains at the bottom of the list as far as movie theater experiences go.

Filled with people of color who made our movie miserable by talking, texting, making phone calls, letting phone ring, social media. Zero help or supervision from the management.
