I spent a lot of time researching florists in the Memphis area and finally decided Holliday fit the bill.I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her 40th birthday that was a few days away. I requested delivery for the day before her birthday so she could enjoy them throughout.I also requested they call her prior to arrival to ensure she was home (since I wasn't sure what her plans were when I ordered them.)The day of the delivery, it was early evening and I had not heard from the recipient that she had received an arrangement, so I became concerned.I called Holliday to inquire and told deliveries were still ongoing. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and said she would call the driver to see where they were with the delivery. I explained I wasn't so much worried about the timing even though it was starting to get a little late. However, I did advise that the driver no longer needed to call my friend to confirm she was home since I had already confirmed she was there and not planning on leaving for the rest of the evening. The shop employee stated she would let the driver know.A couple of hours later, my friend thanked me for the arrangement she had just received. She said she missed the initial delivery attempt because the driver called while she was trying to put her small child down to sleep. Fortunately, she was able to call the driver back to let them know she was home, then they delivered the arrangement. A bit frustrating considering I had updated them but they called anyway.I only saw one small picture of the arrangement, but it looked OK from what I could tell. She seemed to like it so it was mostly a win at the end of it all.

Flowers were reasonably priced, fresh, and beautiful. Staff was very friendly. I would order from this business again.

I have been using Holliday Flowers for years and they have always been great. Today I ordered an arrangement for my wife on her birthday. The ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery was perfect. The arrangement was very nice. I won't hesitate to use them again and again for my floral needs.

Above and beyond! When I wasn't available to receive a delivery on the intended date, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and make sure I got a fresh, beautiful bouquet of flowers. Top notch customer service and absolutely beautiful arrangement!

At the last minute, they helped me find the best plant to gift to my mother for my grandmother's passing. My mom loved the arrangement and they put it together in 30 mins and stayed within my budget. I highly recommend them!

My mom is unfortunately in a memory care facility in Memphis and due to Covid my sisters and I have been cut off from any visitation since last year. I live out of state and I reached out to Holliday flowers to set up recurring monthly deliveries to our Mom so at least she knows she hasn't been abandoned. I can't tell you how much we appreciate the great service that Holiday Flowers provides. They are easy to work with, compassionate and they show they really care in everything they do.

I needed a few flowers just to sit around the house, so I stopped by this shop on my way home from work. I had passed by it a hundred times, but never thought to stop. (Partly because the shopping center it's in isn't the nicest in appearance.)I hate that I waited so long! The shop was really cute, and they had a good selection of fresh flowers, along with silk arrangements and gift items. There were only two ladies working, and they were both busy when I walked in, so I had to wait a while, but that was OK. I'll definitely stop in again.

My wife absolutely loves this latest arrangement! They always do such beautiful work. I'm so glad we switched to Holliday Flowers. We always have some changes from their typical arrangements, but they are happy to accommodate special requests and give us something beautiful to enjoy.

Got those old old flowers as my monthly flower! Although I didn't get extra followers, I did pay for my monthly flowers! ! ! The only reason I will pay for the real flowers is because they are FRESH! Or I will go to dollar tree to get some artificial flowers! I don't mind you give me less, but at least fresh! I tried to call back them right after at 5:50pm and nobody answers phone, I thought they just ready to go home!Those followers don't bring any good moon!

Went into the shop to pick out something for a man's funeral that his wife could take home. They had the most beautiful basket of plants. The basket had a functional handle hidden by the beautiful plants & a twig looking masculine one. Azaleas in a coral shade, many green plants in various heights. Stunning. They delivered to the FH. They also put three strikingly beautiful roses that had same shade as the azaleas. Everyone at the viewing commented on how beautiful this was. And far cheaper and more gorgeous than what the FH offered. Thanks.
