Came in last minute for a bouquet for daughter's voice recital. They have an amazing selection. The staff were super accommodating and very nice. Absolutely beautiful arrangements and flowers.

This is my favorite place to get flowers in Memphis. I use them for work to pull together flowers for all kinds of event and they make the most beautiful arrangements! They also have a flower of the month deal where you can pay for the year and come in to grab a new flower each month with a punch card. It's a fun deal and cool to get new flowers you may not normally pick.

Oh my! Tomorrow is our wedding anniversary and the owner, Reed, reached out to my husband personally about the bouquet... It is nothing short of absolutely fantastic! It's like walking in an English garden! I have never seen anything like it - I'm in shock! The customer service we've received has been superb... They are very concerned about our satisfaction. And these flowers! The vase is gorgeous - I'll keep it forever. As always, it's artfully arranged all of their work is art. I'll update on the longevity! Thank you Holliday - my husband says that you have earned our eternal business.

I walked in and the young man and young lady automatically got right to helping me making my job so much easier. I will be back here for sure! 12/10 experience. I'm sure my girlfriend will love the flowers.

I ordered flowers from out of town for a friend's birthday. I wanted it to be a surprise so of course she didn't know they were coming. Holliday Flowers not only attempted delivery and tried to call my friend several times with no luck, they then reached out to me, allowed me to find out where my friend was, delivered new flowers to her at a different address (where she was visiting family) and were so very kind and accommodating. I was so impressed with their customer service. They definitely went above and beyond and again very kindly. My friend loved her flowers. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Thank you so much! I will definitely call Holliday Flowers again for any floral needs I have in the Memphis area.

I reached out to Holliday Flowers in June of 2019- they quoted me on an order and I immediately submitted payment. They let me know then that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order until August 2019 but I was ok with that.------Fast forward to October 30, 2019. We never received the order, and also never heard back from them. I reached out. They apologized and admitted they lost track. They were sorry. They said the order should be done that following Friday (The order was never even started!) and would be shipped the Monday after that. Great.------Fast forward to November 20, 2019. We still hadn't received the order. Also never had ANY followup from them. 5 days later (11/25/19) they respond again. They have the order ready. They're just looking for shipping boxes. They'll get me the shipping info. Happy Thanksgiving. Great.-----Fast forward to yesterday, 1/8/2020. I reach out again. I'm so over this with them that at this point I want shipping information immediately. I'm sick of waiting. What company makes someone wait 7 months for their order?! They reached back out yesterday and said they ordered "new" boxes and would have them by end of day (They never even ordered the boxes back in Nov.!!! WTF?!?!) Per Liz- "as soon as we have the box, I can send you tracking information". Yeah. Right. STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM.... and what company that ships doesn't have boxes?Going through Holliday Flowers was a HUGE mistake for us. Don't make the same mistake. Shop around. If they offer you a great deal, pay more somewhere else. RIDICULOUS.

Loved the beautiful Fall arrangement for my friend's birthday. Called 30 min before closing and they politely put together a seasonal arrangement within my price point.

This message is to say how much I appreciate the professional, friendly and helpful service of Brooke at the Downtown/Midtown location. I had called in right around 9am asking if it was to late to get a plant arrangement to a funeral scheduled today at noon in Memphis, being as I just found out the funeral was today and I am in Kansas. Brooke was so pleasant to work with and not only took my order, but helped me decided what to purchase. I was trying to find floral shops close to the funeral home and had called another shop prior to my call to Holliday, and the lady who answered told me they needed 4 hours in advanced for a delivery and wished me good luck in finding what I needed. That shop was closer to the funeral home than Holliday was, but still could not assist me. I understand I am calling last minute and I apologize for that, but again, it wasn't until late yesterday that I was even notified of the services. I hate that I can't be there in person to share my condolences, so having an arrangement sent was the 2nd best option. Thank you Brooke for you help, Holliday is lucky to have you as an employee! Keep up the good work! Thank you Holliday for your service to the area. Now I see why you all have been named as Memphis' best florist numerous times as your website states. I live in Houston, Texas and wanted to send a beautiful arrangement for my aunts birthday. They could not have been nicer over the phone and listened to the details that I gave them regarding the kinds of flowers I wanted & the look that I was striving for. The flowers were delivered within two hours and they were magnificent. Could not have had a better experience and will definitely use them in the future!
