Why bother?!?So I'm on a roadtrip moving across the country and anyone who has ever traveled especially with kids and pets knows that can be trying. In order to make it as nice as possible I booked hotels and rental a bit out and called to verify pet were allowed and cribs/pack n plays were available. I had to cancel at another hotel because their website said they had cribs but when I called to verify they did not. So I booked another hotel. I called and verified with every other hotel on our trip to include this hotel and everything was good to go....or so they said...that was a little over a month ago....Fast forward to today when I arrive they said yup we have that you have dogs. Ok and the crib or pack n play? Oh we don't have one. Yeah we looked everywhere and they are already out. All two of them. Yes you read that right a big name brand hotel only has two cribs. When asked where our kiddo was to sleep they replied "well your room does have two queens in it". Yeah not putting a kiddo in a high queen bed all alone with no safeguards, hence why we had requested a crib. The employee stated something like the website site says first come first serve...yeah no it doesn't. It says "The hotel staff cannot guarantee additional requests." Well if I booked a month ago and you said you had it wouldn't it be fair to say I was probably first? Also, it's poor practice to take the request say it's there and not at least call and say "oops our bad?!" If I didn't ask at the desk were you even going to mention it to me. Just poor customer service all around. And of course no manager is on duty (5pm on a Sunday) until the morning to assist with our issue. I get it that it's not the employee's fault, Hilton management set your employees up for success not failure. This is how you lose your Honors and other customers.If it wasn't for this I am sure I would have loved this stop as it was clean, spacious, and the lady at the bar/grill area (Flora) was awesome and friendly.

Incredible staff! Pleasant, professional, and courteous. The rooms are clean and spacious. But I'm writing this review because of the dinner I just had. AMAZING! My friend and I both had the catfish. Golden crunchy crust, moist flakey catfish. Absolutely perfect! No oil or residue on my plate from the fish. My dinner also looked so good another patron changed his order to the catfish. The Chef here is definitely putting love into their food. You have to try!

Hilton Garden Inn at Olive Branch is good and decent place to stay. It has all the amenities one might need for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The lobby area is cute and has a conservatory room which is cozy and very eclectic. The breakfast was OK, they need to add more variety. The gym and pool are great and the staff is friendly. Due to covid they did not have actual plates and spoons and cups, which is hard to deal with when one is here for 2 weeks. Hoping that will change soon.

So far this place is highly disappointing. My door wouldn't shut all the way so I had to have maintenance come and fix that. Next, I have no HD channels on my tv. Then to top it off, I went at sat at the bar and I had planned on ordering some wings. I sat down and it took a little while to get a menu. A menu that was printed on a sheet of paper with ink streaks running through it. I sat there another 10 mins as the bartender kept walking by. I was never spoken to again. I finally got up and left and went to a nearby by restaurant. I will never be back to this location.

I had the most horrible and harassing stay at this hotel. The front desk person named Cameron had her friends staying in the room next to mine during my stay and they were partying and making loud noises and I couldn't sleep the night before my speaking engagement. I made a complaint to Cameron and she threatened to kick me out the hotel and called the police. The Olive Branch Police came and found it was Cameron protecting her friends. I have been harassed during my entire stay here. I came all the way from California and gave to deal with this. I called the corporate office and also called the police. I filed a report and also will be reporting this to the media. She relocated me to another room where her family is staying above me and they are stomping on the floor. I literally have cried and prayed and feel so helpless in this matter. Cameron would not allow me to speak to management. Literally as an Executive I would not recommend that you stay here and that you inform all your friends to not stay here. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I will never come back to this hotel ever! Literally can't sleep because the harassment and noise. Can you imagine having the police called on you in an innocent matter?
