*6 month late post*Overall an all right, down the middle 3-3.5 star experience.Typically I check in the day before on the app and generally get access to my room around 1 p.m. I was able to check in and select my room, however, it wasnt ready upon arrival. I had arrived at 2 p.m. and my digital key wasn't ready. The front desk checked and my pre selected room wasn't ready. I was offered another room but decided to wait. I left and returned just after 3pm. I ended up waiting in the Lobby until just after 4 p.m. before getting my room. I was in the room maybe 10 min and the Front Desk called to confirm if everything was satisfactory. It was.I noticed that most of the time there was no one at the front desk, they had run out of bottle waters that they gave out to guests, perhaps it was just me but the lobby coffee tasted off - not good at all. I resorted to the nearby Starbucks. The self serve breakfasts seems to be subpar even for a continental style menu. The Fitness area was not stocked with towels but a few times I was able to get towels from the front desk. They seemed to have an issue with being understaffed. That said, whenever I did interact with some one they were all cordial, friendly and helpful. At check in, the did manage to have the "treat bags" ready for Hilton Honors members, which was nice.Perhaps, things were better on the adjoining hotel's side, however, I didn't spend any time over there so I don't know. There is on-site laundry available in both hotels. The location seems pretty good. It's not far from the highway, shopping, grocery stores (e.g. Whole Foods, Kroger), restaurants and gas stations. The area was fairly quiet during my time there. The amount of parking seemed reasonable - only a few Diamond Member spaces on the side that I frequented. I believe there was also a parking garage, however, I didn't use it so I don't know if it is free to use. I guess it wasn't bad. Whether I'd stay here again would depend on why I was in the area

During our 9000 mile road trip this past summer in 2022, we split our time between camping in our trailer, and then staying in Hotels, with a ratio of about 4 to 1. this was probably one of the nicer places that we stayed as far as the hotels go.We spent the whole day visiting places in Memphis: the National Civil Rights Museum, Sun Studios, A nice lunch... And a few "walk around's" in touristy parts of the town. After a long day, we were looking forward to just getting to the hotel. maybe it was timing, maybe it was traffic, maybe it was the crappy driving of at least three different car accidents ahead of us on the road, but the traffic was abominable heading along the road to our hotel. When we finally got there, we pulled into the long driveway, found parking for the trailer in the back parking lot, and went inside. The lady behind the desk was very friendly and professional, got us checked in quickly and up to our room. The room itself was clean and fresh, the air conditioner worked great, TV had no problems, and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. While we did not visit the hotel pool at this stop, we did use the laundry facilities which worked fine. This was one of the more expensive hotels we booked during our trip, and while we spared no expense on our vacation, it was interesting that this was the only hotel one nighter that did not offer a "complementary" breakfast in the morning. Instead, when we walked down, we were informed that it was something like 10 or 15 bucks a person... We respectfully declined and said thank you, figuring that if we're gonna blow 15 bucks a nose on breakfast, might as well try something else around town. One other note-- speaking of eating-- there was not a whole lot of restaurants close by if you don't want to move your car. We walked about a half a mile to a strip mall barbecue joint, which turned out to be fun, but it did require walking along the main road, which for at least part does not have a sidewalk. Considering those three accidents we passed, I was a little nervous with the kids so close to the speeding cars. That said, we would certainly stay here again, but we're just as likely try a different spot in Memphis.

Beautiful hotel, perfect accommodations. Will stay here every time I am in Memphis whether business or pleasure. Tosha, front desk, and Ashley, housekeeping, and Desiree in restaurant/ bar, have made my stay exceptional. They have all gone above and beyond!

I am a Hilton Honors member and this is one of the best properties I've stayed in. From the staff, restaurant, cleanliness, and gym! The beds were extremely comfortable and the walls were thick! I come to the area often and will definitely be staying again!4 stars because the walls are super thin. I'm normally not bothered but there were lots of children there when I stayed and I heard them constantly! The people above me were tap dancing continuously (sarcasm but you get the gist) at 6 am! I was just really annoyed because I was in town for work and was hoping to sleep in.The noise won't keep me away. I'd be happy to stay here again.

The worst stay ever. Phone didn't work. Desk or table and chair missing. Shower dispensers empty. Entry light switch is different than the rest, took a lesson on how to work their light switch. Additional pillow requested 4 consecutive days, finally got one 10:00 pm the last night. They ask us to pick our own room but failed to let us know our room was under repair and had only partial furniture, THEN asked if we wanted to move to a different room. They had a better room but sold us the underfurnished room. Hard Zero on customer service. I will never go back!!!

I stayed here for two nights while in Memphis for the first time. This is a newer hotel and is connected to another Hilton property. The female employee checking me in was not pleasant. She told me I didn't have a reservation there three times. After showing her my confirmation on my cell phone I got my room key. The room itself was fresh and clean. The bathroom was very clean which I appreciated. The bed was comfy. I had problems with noise early the next day at 6am. It took a few phone calls to the front desk to get it sorted. I also had problems with noise that night and again had to make phone calls to the front desk. I will say Sherman and Jamie were very nice to deal with.I'm not sure I would stay here again.

This location was possibly the cleanest and most up kept Hilton Garden Inn I've stayed at. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean. The staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. I booked two rooms for 3 nights for a trip with my parents and was able to get two rooms side by side. The only minor problem we encountered was that the coffee maker in my parents room was broken. But my mom just used the coffee maker in my room instead. All around it was a great experience, if I come back to Memphis, I would stay here again.

I recently booked a room for my family for a funeral and they told me that I'd have to be the one staying in the room and be there in person which is completely ridiculous. I will never book another room at this Hilton Garden ever again, I will not waste my time or money on this particular establishment.

Wish I could give zero stars. Tried to check in at 2:30pm and they told me the rooms still haven't been turned down. I ended up waiting till almost 4pm to get my room. Keep in mind the host told me they weren't full at all, so I don't understand why I had to wait almost an hour and half past the check in time to get my room.Maybe an uncontrollable, but all keys stopped working the second day, so the host had to let me in the hotel and then my room. A very controllable element, however, was/is the bartender. Unfortunately, she was the worst bartender I've ever come across, and frankly, an embarrassing, horrible excuse for a human being. Wish I didn't have to write that, but it's unfortunately true. Didn't greet me within 15 minutes of sitting directly in front of her at the bar while she looked at her phone countless times, patted her hair a few more, and then walked in the back for a solid 10 minutes, all while I had been waiting to get a glass of water. I mentioned to the person next to me how the service has been terrible and she overhears me and then kicks me out of the bar because she feels like she owns it meanwhile she hasn't owned anything in her life except maybe the clap. Hopefully she enjoys making $7.25 an hour because it certainly seems like all she deserves, if that.It seems like a bunch of drug addicts run this hotel. I have been in the service industry and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was the absolute worst service I've ever seen. NEVER STAY HERE.
