Highland Smoke Shop

Just left this smoke shop!I would give this lady 0 stars. She doesn't know how to run a business and treat respectful customers with respect. Not only did she treat me like I came in there with no money ( I would ask her about the quality of the product t and she would tell me how much it is) When I was going to pay my 80 dollar tab I asked her a question politely about the tax in memphis since I'm not from here and she answered me by saying " this isn't a duty free store" Other things she said were unbelievable. There is no need to say comments like that or be a racist. I WILL NEVER come back to this store EVER. No wonder there are no reviews for this place.

A friend of mine introduced me to highland smoke shop, and I was very pleased. It's not a very large store, but they have a pretty large selection of all different types of glass. I absolutely love everything I've bought from this place. They also offer up locally blown pipes and other accessories. They also have a pretty decent selection of incense and tobacco. I must say that the best thing about highland smoke shop is the pricing. I didn't feel like I was substituting quality for price either. The people there are friendly and very helpful. And patient, too to have been dealing with someone as indecisive as myself. I will be returning and urge others to check it out.

This is a hidden gem of Memphis. The workers love their jobs and the people who come to visit. They are fun and sassy workers who will have you laughing in and out of their doors. They have recently expanded their selection after their Tobacco Hut store on Summer closed down and I have to say the product selection is beautiful. A wall full of water pipes and another full wall of hookahs. Not to mention the other beautiful and low costing items they have. I have been going here for 2 years now and I have to say they are really great.

I went in here a few months ago to ask about some different vapes for cbd and such. The lady just wanted to sell me nicotine juice and set ups. She didnt listen to my needs and acted like i was dumb. I knew what I wanted and they carried it but she kept telling me that I should buy a vape that didnt do what I wanted that was $50 more than the one I wanted. She kept shaking her head saying us Young ppl dont know what we are looking for. I am 46 so not to young. She was younger than me. Mayne in her 30's BAD BAD cust service. BAD BAD and rude
